Incredible Service

I can’t believe how great their service was and especially their agent near Gatwick, named Mike. He went above and beyond to get my back which had been mishandled by LH in Naples, Italy to me in Florida, USA. He called and emailed, found a business card and did the follow up. There had been no trace of the bag from LH or United. Frustrating interactions w both airlines. Somehow he got it to me through an old Easy Jet sticker though we weren’t on Easy Jet. It had been missing for 11 days. After Mike got involved, I had the bag in 24 hours. So grateful for his interest in returning it to me. Big thank you to you and your team. I’ve flown over a million miles on UA alone, and this was outstanding and unexpected service.

Luggage returned after all deadlines and refusal from the air company.

My wife and I were returning from a short vacation. The route was difficult, we had two transfers and on the first one we had to pick up and re-check our luggage. To our surprise, our suitcases were not on the luggage belt. We had to fill out an application and rely on the words of the employees, who said that in three or four days we would receive our suitcases back. 11 days have passed, and the airline we were flying with refused to consider our case because it did not have the necessary documents from us. We almost lost hope that we would ever get our things back and prayed to God for a miracle. And now I got a message from Mike from First Flight that our luggage has been found! As it turned out, the luggage tags were not pasted on the suitcases and they remained unidentified at the airport of departure until they got to the First Flight. We praise God and express our great gratitude and appreciation to Mike and the entire First Flight service! Of course, it was very important to get our things back, but even more important was the attitude of respect and attentive treatment of us as customers in order to help us in our situation.

Suitcase found!

Reported our missing luggage as soon as we arrived home. We returned from Madrid on the fateful country wide power outage day (28/4/25)
1st flight contacted me within 24 hours. I am very happy to report my suitcase was found and delivered to my door 6/5/25.
I didn’t actually speak with anyone but my email contact person was Gemma.
Having never been in this situation before, I am impressed with the way this process was conducted. THANK YOU

Mike is very nice and good person who contact me regarding my lost bag, really he is very helpful, patient and cooperative and gave me all the details and the required informations about my bag. Honestly if there is 10 stars I will give him, because he deserves more and more.

Ik wist al dat mijn koffer zonder label op de band was terechtgekomen, dus had maandagochtend weinig hoop hem ooit terug te zien. Keurig beschreven welke kenmerkende artikelen er in zaten. Tot mijn grote vreugde werd ik vrijdagmiddag vanuit Londen gebeld door een heel aardige medewerker die kon bevestigen dat het mijn koffer was die hij voor zich had. Kreeg over de app een foto ter bevestiging en een week na verlies werd hij keurig bij mijn voordeur teruggebracht. Het zijn maar spullen, maar dankzij het werk van deze mensen ben ik superblij! Dank, dank, dank!

Hi! My cabin bag was “lost” twice and I’ve got it finally TWO WEEKS later!! It was the flight 21.02.2025 Istanbul-London(Luton) by Wizzair👎First they pushed me to put my cabin bag to checked-in baggage and then just left it in Istanbul!!!🤬 Second time it wast “lost” in the courier department and your manager Jessica Hines eventually found it! I really consider Jess like a nice fairy for me❣️🧚It was the first person since the start of that issue who contacted me directly. Before I struggled with the “dead” forms and incompetent employees of Wizzair “Customer Support”. Thank you very much dear Jessica and all First Flight Forwarders team. You are the best!!!

Mike managed to identify my bag…

Mike managed to identify my bag using the list of contents I had sent them. He kept an eye on things, and luckily stopped the bag being delivered to our London hotel because we had flown back to Canada by then. He continued keeping an eye on things and sent me updates about tracking, etc., and I received my bag at my home yesterday, Wednesday, March 6. Thank you, Mike!

Mike contacted me to let me know that they had my bag & arranged for it to be taken to Gatwick for collection the same day. He gave me clear details where to find it. He was so polite & extremely helpful. Thank you!

My wife left her I pad on the plane…

My wife left her I pad on the plane when disembarking in Luton. After various emails and calls to Luton Airport I got in touch with First Flight forwarders. Within two hours I had a reply and the I pad was found. Lovely people lovely service. Well done!! Thank you

Mike is a life saver!!

Mike is a life saver!!! Our luggage was “missing” for 2+ weeks when Mike received it. I had an AirTag inside it so I knew where it was the entire time, however, the airline was insistent that it was in another country!! I filled out the contents form that the airline sent and with that info along with the bag description Mike was able to identify it very quickly and return it to us within a few days!! Thank you Mike, again… you are invaluable!

1st class support from Gemma!

Our son was travelling to Spain from UK. He forgot to collect his case in LGW and transfer it to the flight to SVQ. He had no tracking baggage number and did not know what to do. Fortunately, Gemma from Primary Tracing in Easyjet helped to resolve this. She dealt with the situation promptly and in a friendly and sympathetic manner. Her interpersonal skills reflect very highly upon herself and upon Easyjet's standards of customer care.

Who knew about FirstFlight

Who knew about FirstFlight? What a welcome find. The kindness shown when Mike called to tell me that they had my suitcase was second to none. If only British Airways had cared as much to try and trace it. Thank you for a great service. I do hope I wont be needing you again though. Apple air tags and extra labels all the way now! Thanks also to Josh for the handover.

Prompt return of lost baggage

A quick and reliable service returning my baggage home via DHL - thank you - the only issue was that the app / website would not accept my reference number and family name so I could not track which left me somewhat concerned. Gemma did respond to my emails though…

Well done Mike

I would like to thank Mike for his exceptional work in handling my suitcase and organizing it to be returned to the right airline and back home.
He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my suitcase returned to the tiny island of Trinidad.
