Sometimes the website is a little…
Sometimes the website is a little laborious when creating prescriptions. However, overall I have found Acre to be responsive and for the most part deliveries arrive when they are scheduled to.
I particularly like that I am kept up to date of there is a problem and that there is staff available to speak to who have the correct knowledge to be able to help there and then. Amazing help when in busy clinics.

I was having issues with DPD delivery…
I was having issues with DPD delivery so contacted Acre and they were excellent. I dealt with Beth via WhatsApp and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite the problem being with DPD Acre were happy to help and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation

Acre customer service always go above and beyond, none more so than today when a delivery failed to arrive. Natalie sorted everything out for pre 12 delivery tomorrow without me having to request or chase it up. I have been kept updated via WhatsApp so I know what’s happening. Outstanding customer service and very much appreciated.

I had a great experience with the Acre team. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and very responsive, ensuring that all of my questions were addressed quickly and clearly. The team made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
The Noon products purchased were high quality and performed exactly as promised. It’s clear that the Acre team takes pride in their work, merchandises and more importantly their customers. I appreciate the attention to detail and the level of care shown throughout the process.
