We’ve used AirportTransfer 3 times…
We’ve used AirportTransfer 3 times around the world and they have been perfect all 3 times. Own our most recent trip to Shanghai the plane was early and we breezed through passport control and customs so we were an hour ahead of the time we had booked. Nevertheless our driver was already there and whisked us our hotel in no time.

Excellent service
We wanted to be picked up NOT when the plane landed but several hours later, in a country where we did not speak the language. The driver arrived when we wanted, and gave us a very nice ride to our destination. We were entirely satisfied with our experience.

No transfer and no money back
We reserved a transfer from airport to our accommodation. We were told a driver will be waiting for us in the arrivals hall. Usually drivers of such companies contact you before - this time nobody send us a message. When we arrived nobody was waiting for us. We called and were told that the driver is later, stuck in the traffic and will be at least half an hour late. We decided not to wait , told them to cancel the ride and took an Uber, When we tried to get our money back , we started to receive a lot of lies : the driver was only 5 minutes late and we did not want to wait (lie!!) , the flight was early (no, it arrived on time), and then they just ghosted it us. It is last time we are using this site. Totally dishonest. Never again.

Our transfer was to pick us up from hotel at 6am to Delhi airport .
No communication when we said outside reception at 5.50 on the Whatsapp. We called the emergency number and lady was unable to get hold of driver . So at 6.20 we ordered an Uber ! At 6.24 finally sends us a message . We were so stressed due to the traffic situation in Delhi and would not recommend the companies they used .

This is not the way to finish a dreamed holidays...
I bought a round trip ticket, from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. The transfer from the airport was ok, on time, the driver was waiting for us (the flight had some delay), the unit could be a more modern model, but it was ok.
The problem happened on the way back from hotel to airport. The day before we has to flight, the airline sent us an advice informing that the flight would be delayed 7 hours. I contacted the transfer company asking for a rescheduling via whatsapp, but no confirmation for the change was received. They sent a email, few hours before the time we asked for picking us up at the hotel, telling that my request didnt comply with policy of change and cancellations. As I explained, my request was not for a reason regarding me, it was because the airline, and this kind of flights delays happen all the time, and moreover, as I mentioned before, my reservation was made round trip before starting my holidays. So, I strongly reccomend not to book the transfer until last minute, and benchmark other companies than this one.

I had a great experience with this company. The driver was waiting for me at Hurghada airport with my name on the board even though I was 20 minutes late, and on the way back he arrived at the hotel at the exact agreed time. The vehicles were excellent and clean, and the transfer was comfortable. All praise.

Let down and last day stress.
After booking a taxi back to airport making a charge on my account - left me hanging for two days before coming back advising their main suppliers were too busy. This was in Lanzarote just last week - as it turned out the local public taxi service took the booking and ride was €6 less than airport transfers - won't bother again with them. I stopped the money transfer and after did get a message from them advising of refund.

Used the service for transfer from Shanghai Pudong Airport to the Cruise Terminal and back again at the end of the cruise. Excellent experience and very easy to set up and book. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
