I have always loved eating at apache it’s one of my favourite take aways as the food is always so good and my favourite is the mixed kebab tray highly recommended

Very disappointed with my experience at Apache Pizza Skerries. This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with anchovies through their website, only to receive a phone call afterwards saying they don't stock anchovies. If they no longer offer them, they should remove them from the online menu instead of allowing customers to order something that isn't available. Looked up today its still on their website to order!!!!!!!!!

After cancelling my order, I was told it would take 3–5 working days to receive my refund, leaving me without my meal or my money. As someone on a full disability allowance who relies on delivery services, this caused unnecessary hardship.

I sent a formal complaint to Apache Pizza's head office but received no reply, no apology, and no follow-up from the Skerries store manager. The lack of communication and customer care has been just as disappointing as the original issue.

I've been a loyal Apache Pizza customer for years and have always had excellent service from the Balbriggan store, but after being let down twice by the Skerries store and receiving no response to my complaint, they've lost a loyal customer.

Believe it or not the pizza i got picture has not been eaten yet but each slice looked like a bites been taken out of it,the entire middle of the pizza was I can only assume wasgorilla glued to the box,a paint scraper won't even get it off, disgusting to give to a paying customer,however I do have to take some responsibility I did place the order an hour ish before they close so I probably interrupted their sat night plans if going home for 11.Will be taking this up with them tomorrow as strangely enough they stopped answering calls within about 5 mins of this crap being delivered to my door despite them being open till 11

Genuienley this has to be the worst service maybe of all time. We asked for a custom pizza with sausage and Cajun chicken and I got a pizza with the spiciest toppings ever not What we asked for. Took over an hour to come. Driver wasnt the nicest. The chips were soggy. Never order here it’ll be the same

Order a 12 and Inc pizza did get a 12 in pizza Chip were not cooked spend 23 euro was discussed I only live around corner from it rang up said notting we can do

Cannot speak English on phone. Hung up and got called back and abused.

Ordered my pizza took 15 minutes to start. Took pizza and left without looking in box (big mistake). Ordered a buffalo with everything on had 1 piece of pepperoni per slice and not much more meat. Plenty of cheese at least but nothing else. Seriously disappointed and will never go there again. More toppings on super market frozen pizza.

Very dry and only 5 small side of wings for a large portion of bufallo . The fries were old and dry . No ofer of dip whatsoever even if it was a meal , had to pay full price for them . Very disapointing . The pizza was ok. Never again.

Was really looking forward to finding a new pizza place and one who does Camembert bites! Order arrived good timing and all seemed good but then I went to eat the ice cream I bought and noticed the texture seemed bubbly and squishing (even though I put it in the freezer when it came). Looked at the back and it was nearly 4 MONTHS EXPIRED! Has made me question their whole management of inventory now

Went to new Apache pizza in Davis st limerick, I ordered a meal deal, hot Apache's ended up with a hot honey pizza. After I arrived home from the city, and it was too far to return and the phone limes were busy to complain.

The fault was the server who had difficulty understanding English, and he didnt clarify the order with me. So my order was I correct and it a
Seems to be the normal issue with this company to mix up orders.

Next time I will double check my order with the non English server.

Rang apache pizza and to get an 11.5 inch Hawaiian pizza and chicken wings starter delivered(3 euro) they wanted 28 euro. I ordered but rang back 3 mins later to say the cost is disgraceful and cancelled .I don't mind paying for things but it's not a pizza that is cooked, no disrespect to the staff that would be a pizza that you say " wow I never tasted anything like it"

Amazing pizza with fresh ingredients and perfect taste. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best pizza places highly recommended

Pizza is amazing

Ordered food last night. It took 45mins..a mile from town
Food was cold of what I ate..
Chicken saggy and chips that never saw the fryer.. Tasted as if they were put in hot water.. Discusting.
Never again and very over prised.

Let me start by saying usually Apache Tuam are very good, not today 7 April 2026.
I paid for ck goujons which were cooked perfectly and not burnt I also ordered large CK wings,
When I opened the box they were miniature and I mean miniature tiny CK wings x 9 pieces all burnt and dried out, I rang Apache as the driver had gone, however the person on line was not helpful, would not let me speak to someone in charge ,and as I'm hard of hearing I had to put the loudspeaker on, only to be told they could not understand me despite speaking very slowly I asked to speak to someone who spoke English to understand me , he informed me he spoke English and did not want to send me out a replacement of the burnt CK wings that I paid 8.99 for plus delivery of 3.99 plus 50 cents all in all 13.48 of burnt food tiny portions which I was happy to return to the driver when I received my order of large CK wings cooked properly and not burnt, his reply was he picked out 9 pieces from the bag and could send on a few more, I explained this was not what I ordered and paid for it should be renewed but he did not want to do that I said leave it then , very very disappointed with Apache Tuam as a regular customer to be fobbed off this way , no one phoned to apologise or send on my order that I paid for , which suggests they did not inform the manager, would not order from Apache Tuam again if this is how they treat regular customers , very disappointed in them as they are local, and up to now they were very good , will order from the other food companies instead , tracy

Waited 1hr 30mins for my food rang apache drumcondra several times to ask what was the delay they didn’t even answer the phone really bad service. When food eventually arrived cold and inedible will never order from this Kip again

I had a special request for a pizza with only chicken and other specific requests. The guy working there today, 30/03/26 did a great job! He was very courteous and polite. Well done to him! The child was very impressed. X

We rang the shop on Wednesday the 24/3/26 as we where having issue with app and the staff member that spoke on phone was nothing but horrible and rude her manner was unacceptable and she said she does not have time for this as she had 2 phones to answer. Very unhappy, as this is not the first time I have this experience with this staff member. I will not be ordering again.
