Added an extra car onto my policy today which was not straight forward and Hazel Tynan looked after me with the utmost level of professionalism and efficiency, while remaining extremely pleasant, polite and friendly.

Equally, Rhys was very clear and transparent about what the market could deliver in terms of providing cover for my son’s trips in circumstances where he is travelling to training camps and competitions.

Hazel Tynan was very helpful over the phone and I had my issue rectified with 10minutes.
I have a letter from my insurance company informing me that i needed to repay the full amount of my claim in order to reinstate my no claims bonus when I have no claims protection on my policy. Hazel contacted the insurance company straight away and confirmed back to me that updatw letter will be issued out.
