Really poor service by the Fulham branch. Was selling my flat and provided false and misleading information by the Sales Agents Eliza and Katie Quartermine which led to the buyers withdrawing. I have now logged a complaint and hopefully will get some resolution. I know the market is weaker but come on guys! Maintain some integrity!

Worst post purchase service. Once the purchase was completed, I found many issues that were a breach of contract and Aspire is showing no interest to amend them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I'm writing to share my complain as a tenant about my experiences with Aspire Real Estate Fulham South Office.

A while ago, the landlord decided to sell the flat through Aspire Real Estate Agency. Recently, I had an unsettling encounter with their real estate agent, Eliza Nenadich, who is registered with the Fulham South Office.

Last week, when I was at home Ms. Nenadich attempted to enter my rented flat without asking for my permission. She said she thought I wasn't home, but I've never agreed to such access when I'm away- I have written evidence as whatsapp messages and emails. She also tried to make a video of the flat without telling me in advance. This has left me puzzled and frustrated. Moreover, after I sent a complaint email to their info email address one of their director, Tom Ward defended her rather than saying apology! I must express my profound disappointment with the handling of this matter, and I feel compelled to caution others against engaging with Aspire Real Estate Fulham South Office. Such unprofessionalism not only undermines the trust between tenants and the agency but also raises serious concerns about the agency's commitment to ensuring a secure and respectful environment for its clients. Because of all these reasons, just do not work with them if you do not want to experience such matters.

Sarah Donner and the team at Oundle are brilliant. We had tried to sell a property for six months with another local agent - no success. Sarah and her team were incredibly supportive and found a buyer within weeks, Then, because of a very inefficient firm of solicitors, the sale dragged on. Sarah came to the rescue and suggested an alternative solicitor who has completed the sale in record time so the buyer who had waited so patiently could move in. We would recommend her and Oundle Aspire without reservation!

I’m really made up I went with Aspire , after having a lot of valuations on my property Dan gave me the honest valuations and I sold it within weeks .
Sinead was great she was always there to chase the sale for me and always update me when I didn’t have time to chase my solicitor myself .
I can’t recommend Aspire enough they really do take care of their customers all the way to the end .

From past experience we thought we should use Aspire again.Danny came out and took very professional photos and gave us a very competitive quotation to sell. Our house went on the market within hours and took exactly 12 weeks to sell,it could of been sooner but it fitted in with our plans.The team was at hand always to keep us updated at all stages of the process.It was amazing how they managed to show such care towards the customer especially in these trying times of this horrible covid pandemic.Very well done Aspire.
