To clarify, the cost of any materials used is separate from our labour charges, as the materials required vary from job to job and depend entirely on the specific work carried out for each customer. For this reason, materials are itemised separately so that customers are only charged for the items actually used on their installation.
We always aim to be transparent with our pricing, and we appreciate your feedback as it highlights where we can make this clearer during the booking process.
If you have any questions about your invoice or would like us to go through the materials used, please don't hesitate to contact our team. We'd be more than happy to help.

Did a good job, management sorted issues fairly quickly
The work has been done safely, and they did the tasks I requested, left the place a bit messy, but it's fine
Had some issues with initially being charged for extra time that was not used, but a call with a manager sorted it out

Professional installation
We appreciated the advice and help with the installation of our home EV charger. Quite the minefield, which the company helped us navigate and responded to my lack of knowledge professionally and patiently. They made the install simple and straightforward. Charging and fees were transparent from the outset and we paid what we expected.

Kitchen oven repair.
i contacted this company when I had a problem with my oven. The engineer "diagnosed" a faulty heating element without completing any examination, and said that purchasing a new oven was best option.
I bought a new oven, however, the same problem happened with the new oven.
I asked my grandson, who is a 1st year electrical apprentice for advice and he identified that the problem was with the wall switch which he replaced at a cost of £9. The problem was solved and the oven has operated perfectly since.
I am 81 years old and paid Assured £240 up front and they have now told me that the issue was rectified by them when in fact my grandson solved the problem and they refuse to offer any form of compensation to me.
I am very disappointed with the service and post service discussions and had to struggle to give a score of 1 star this has cost me close on £500 when £9 pounds would have been enough. In hindsight I should have had more confidence in my grandson.
NOTE.
I have spoken to Liam about my concerns that I highlighted and he agreed that this was an unfortunate occurrence. The problem has now been discussed to everyone's satisfaction. Many thanks.
