Everything was as advertised
Everything was as advertised. The room was super cozy, close to lots of spots to explore and though it was too cold to try the pool, it looked awesome! The customer service was one of the best, hands down. The communication throughout entire experience was amazing! I would highly recommend this stay.

Perfect place to stay for visiting downtown Nashville without all of the craziness.
The size of the room was perfect for two people. So much better than a hotel room. The location was perfect, a 6 to $10 Uber ride to downtown nashville. The deck at night was enjoyable and the outdoor heaters gave it a special touch. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

1st Time in NoLa!
The location was great for a 1st time visit to New Orleans. We we're "in the thick of it" and it was great.
The property is well maintained, everything worked as it should...toilets flushed, shower had good pressure and we felt safe and secure.
Heather and Chesley were not just incredibly helpful, but they were pleasant and professional as well as wonderfully accommodating.

Beautiful house
Great location. Beautiful house and nice neighbors.
There was dog hair on the second floor, primarily in the master bedroom. Additionally, in the living room, some of the furniture smells like dog urine. 😵💫
One of the black pan cooking —specifically the big one , scratched one—is toxic to cook in and needs to be replaced. One of the faucets in the main bathroom sink is somewhat loose; it shifts to the side when turned on. The toilet seat in the main bathroom is also a bit loose.
The remote controls for the TVs in the downstairs bedrooms do not work properly.
Aside from that, everything else is fine. The house is beautiful. We had a great time celebrating my kid’s birthday and Mother’s Day. Great memories.

Great service
5 Stars for service because Rueben is amazing. We were frequent guests of this property before it was acquired by Avantstay. It is our favorite place to stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach,restaurants,& downtown. The only reason for Three stars is because they just need to get things up and running. We stayed on May 10, 2026 and I think they had just taken over within a few weeks so they did replace the patio furniture. But definitely little things need fixing, bathroom lights for instance. Our TV wasn’t working on the first day which wasn’t a big deal. We really usually don’t watch TV but there was something that I wanted to see so We went down to the lobby and Ruben had that thing fixed by the time we came back from lunch. He was so hands-on with everything and genuinely just a nice person. It was great to know there was somebody there to talk to you if need be. The prior owners of this property did not have that. I’m so happy this is back up and running. We will continue making this our go to Laguna beach stay. I just wanna say thanks to Ruben again. He definitely is an asset to this property.

We had a terrible experience with AvantStay
We had a less than good experience with AvantStay. First of all, they mistakenly confirmed a property booking that we chose on the Oregon Coast. The mistake involved Booking.com and a lack of communication. We were not advised of the mistake until one week before our planned stay and had to quickly pivot to another property on Whidbey Island. They did offer us a full refund. However, with family visiting from abroad, and a reunion planned, I opted to have AvantStay rebook the dates for us to another property. The property we rented, a house called Barranco on Whidbey, WA, was in a lovely location with great views. HOWEVER, the property was poorly maintained and not clean enough to be rented. A glass shower door fell off of its hinges onto my 80yr old aunt. There were carpenter ants in the upstairs bedroom, the gas fireplace and outside firepit were both broken despite being advertised in the listing. Door handles fell off, windows were filthy, and no screens on main floor windows or back door, making it difficult to leave open for fresh air, due to wasps and mosquitoes. We were so disappointed. I cannot recommend AvantStay and will certainly not rent from this company again. Beware when you book thru Booking.com and/or AirBnB that AvantStay may be the property manager.

We liked the location
We liked the location, easy free parking. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The gift ball caps & bags were nice and came in handy, wore them hiking. A couple of small glitches were resolved after a few back & forth texts and a call. Staff were friendly and hellpful.

Perfect Vacation Rental
The house is extremely well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Communication is very good. Very easy check in and check out process. Very much appreciated the bikes and cart included with the rental. They were all used often and made it much easier to get around.

Clean and very well appointed 3 BR…
Clean and very well appointed 3 BR rambler with great views, comfy beds, good showers, and very well equipped kitchen with nice extras like plenty of coffee and creamer; outdoor deck furniture; BBQ grill, washer/dryer/dishwasher, good tv and fun puzzles, games and even Cornhole set!
Communication with manager was fast and easy and check in was a breeze. Great experience and a fair rate.

We rented The Jade Oasis in Panama City…
We rented The Jade Oasis in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival the house was not ready for check in and we were advised the cleaners were still finishing up and a septic repair was being done. We checked in late and the entire area smelled like septic back up. We were told the repair was more extensive, but someone would be out the next day to remove soiled (poop and pee) artificial turf directly next to the pool and hot tub. No one ever came. I reached out to support multiple times. The soiled artificial turf was left our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting! We couldn’t use the backyard amenities at all. Our entire stay. I tried to work with support after and they would only refund $200 for the “inconvenience”. That should be health code violation. I was truly expecting more!
