I reached out to this company Bloomnix about a refund because I thought I was just ordering a makeup bag for my daughter’s graduation, and my card was charged for multiple things. I received an email from Kenny saying that they will refund me all my money from those transactions.

I made a mistake and the help was very much appreciated I am on my way to getting a refund because I didn’t understand the way it went

I don't know how I ended up apart of this company, I'm still awaiting items I've purchased to know if I like them 100% but overall I guess it's ok. I'm back after waiting almost a month and still haven't received anything I'm assuming scam activity!

Hello I believe I accidentally bought the wrong thing and it brought me to this website but Alero helped me.

My card was used to make an unauthorized purchase. They were very helpful when I reached out to them.
Brenda has been very understanding and helpful.

I was charged for a subscription and a an additional fee for something that I did not sign up for. When I called to request a refund they were able to provide a refund for the subscription but not for the additional fee. They stated I had to email them. I sent them an email and when I received a response with a stipulation that a refund could only be issued if I wrote a review. So here is my review. Can I just please have my refund. Oh and customer service could be more friendlier.
