I have thoroughly enjoyed working with such an amazing team! Everyone made my experience beyond easy. Katherine Gilbert and her entire team explained everything that was happening and responded within 5mins to all of my questions regardless of what I asked. I was constantly in contact with my consultant Katherine Gilbert- by phone, email and texts. I felt free to ask questions. I received answers daily. Links were sent to me so I could upload my book. Charges and options for available services were up front and explained.
I can't believe I am at the finishing line this quickly. I was motivated to stay on task and finish.

After writing my first review of this company and how poorly they operated and treated me. They immediately reached out and wanted to attempt to make things right, but also asked that IF they completed the service FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, that I remove the prior review. After telling them that was unacceptable because making things right didn't negate my prior experience, they agreed to complete the $300 service on my book cover art. Communication was better, but still very slow and have had to reach out to THEM for progress, again. The cover art isn't even done yet and they said they could get it finished in a few days. That was weeks ago. My project manager this time is much better, more professional and helpful this time, but, I still wouldn't suggest a writer use this company at all.

What an absolute pleasure working with this company and Kimberley. It was a delight from Casey until I was transferred to Kimberley and she walked me through till the very end. Professional, timely, kind and I am more than pleased with my finished product. Highly recommended

They were extremely helpful throughout every step of the process, and they were willing to work with me on payment arrangements when I was struggling. Their cover artist did a wonderful job, as did the editing team.

My team was very patient with me as a first-time author. There were many edits to be made and I went through the manuscript probably twenty times before I felt it was printable. The team was very supportive and never expressed a disparaging word.

Lost my first book to a predator agent who plagarized my story. My second was left to die, buried so deeply, it was nearly choked out of existence. Then I was referred to KDP Publishing on my third book.
