Placed an order on 11.05 and paid $8.99 (prices were in $ despite being in UK) for express delivery which should have arrived within 1-3 business days. My order tracking hasn’t changed since it confirmed my order had been placed, and not received my order. I’ve emailed with no response, and even contacted via Facebook and Instagram to try and get an update but so far… nothing!!
They should some redistribute a portion of the marketing budget they spend on all their social media ads and invest in a decent customer service team

Wish I'd checked here before ordering. ordered a 3 bottle bundle only 2 arrived and zero response form customer service. Absolutely appalling.

I ordered one of their bottles on amazon a while ago and really liked it, so when I deleted my amazon account and sadly lost my bottle within a week, I ordered 3 of those bottles from their website directly. Only 2 arrived, the parcel tracking does not work, and I’ve sent them one email daily for a week and still no reply!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Never received a notification my order was supposedly at a pick up point so they supposedly send it back. I am saying supposedly because I’m not even sure it ever arrived anywhere.
It’s been weeks and I still have not gotten a response to the many contact forms and emails I have send, nor have I gotten a refund.
DO NOT ORDER!

If im being completely honest they dont even deserve the 1 star absolutely disgusting customer service ordered on the 26th December 2025 and still not had my order never reply to emails I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a bottle a week ago, no dispatch no confirmation - sent an email and a message on Instagram and no response while looking on their Instagram noticed they are doing this to a lot of people and orders arent been sent
