There was an issue that I was not able…
There was an issue that I was not able to use the purchased product fully. It should have worked in the first place and was frustrating but when raised it with the salesperson Raz Roiter who signed me up with their services, it was resolved in a week’s time.

Use BrightHR for HR and WHS expertise…
Use BrightHR for HR and WHS expertise and support. I approached them with a complex situation and they asked the questions, fact checked their answers and presented me with a solution relatively quickly whilst I was on the phone. This professionalism and thorough due diligence to then explain to me in an easy to understand fashion, saved the the embarrassment and potential litigation had I of gone down the pathway I had intended. Management training to use system
Stefany was a great guide for our management team's review. She's highly knowledgeable. Although we started with some ground we'd already covered (perhaps a minor miscommunication), Stefany's ability to pivot and focus on what we needed was helpful.

Thorough concise training delivered in a friendly open manner, with in a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend
Andrew was friendly and easy to understand, explained the software in a concise manner that I was able to follow without any issues. He asked questions to ensure I completely understood and was able to interact confidently in each area of the software. He also stuck to the time slot which was great for me.

Amazing system (from an ex HR / Safety Advisor)
I worked as a HR and safety professional in my life pre kids. In the last few years, we started our own small labour hire business. I had some of the documents i needed but no HR information system / intranet and also no system for reminders for renewing medicals / licences / training etc.
Signed up to Bright HR and WOWZA. I am beyond happy with the system. So easy to navigate and I've worked in a lot of HR systems for large companies.
The information provided is perfect.
Katrina did my initial introductory training and she was wonderful, made the process so enjoyable.
There is a lot of work to do to set all our systme up, but worth it in the end, especially as we work in a hightly regulated industry.
I also have always worked with a HR manager over me to bounce off, and having the HR hotline / safety hotline is great. I can get confirmation on legislation, check with award classifications which can be tricky. Very much worth the money. Honestly LOVE this!
