Place has gone badly downhill …
Place has gone badly downhill since buzz took over from ritz ,prize money as more than halved yet bingo prices have more than doubled , look at state of carpet near ticket desk full of holes ,toilets stink ,food is dodgy half of time served luke warm definitely needs health inspection. Despite all this been playing regularly and spend a lot in there but not no more after being bullied and victimised by a member of staff. Enough is enough im done we the place there much much better places to play

You what a sham send text messages giving extra…
You send text messages giving extra tickets /games for certain days and because there is promotion already running you as a customer are not allowed to use the free extra tickets in this club but are able to use two promotions at other clubs
So confusing surely it is better to have the custom than not
So at Castleford they play team bingo
at the end of the session you are given a discount off your double XL package on your next visit the following week ( which actually you should be able to use any day ) to encourage the customer to come back sooner rather than later !
If you have received a the discount voucher some staff will allow you to use the extra tickets promotion via the text message at the same time others will not
Maybe staff need more training especially the deputy management who refuse to give you the promotions
Also while football is on you have a further promotion on giving you the chance to kick a ball into the back of a net to pick a ticket out of a box
But no staff is in attendance when you arrive to participate
Box is empty so no tickets to take either
Just a complete sham
I go three times a week I’ve had a free drink so far on that promotion
As I’m told the other £5 off voucher I won can’t be used with my discounted ticket off the Double XL package
So what a waste of time !
I’ve now started to travel some distance to another bingo hall where the price money is better and promotions too
I doubt if my comments even are read as I never get a response

In terms of promotions that we offer, these may be tailored at times to our customers, meaning different promotions will be provided at different times or can be redeemed at specific times.
The majority of our promotions cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another promotion or voucher as stipulated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
If you experience any issues with your promotions and are unsatisfied with the response provided in the club you can contact our customer service team by selecting the red 'Help' button on our website (found in the bottom right-hand corner of our webpages) and filling out our contact form. A member of our team will happily investigate this further for you.

I come into buzz bingo every other night and I always feel welcomed by the staff. Stephen is so welcoming and helps me when I struggle to get to my chair as I’m old and struggle to walk. He always asks me if I need anything and I truly feel happy to go into this environment when staff members like Stephen welcome all the customers in and make us feel involved. Recommend to everyone to go, he’s the only reason I enjoy our new bingo place in Castleford and helped us all settle in since the move.
