When I spend alot of money to play…
When I spend alot of money to play bingo I have the managers special on the computer plus managers special on paper so it costs £118 average and then to be told 2 mins before the bingo started that they was halfing the first half prizes as the weather was nice and alot of people didn't come bingo well to be honest that should of been said at least 10 mins earlier then you can decide to either get your money back or go for a cheaper option

Gone downhill since our last visit. Very unprofessional caller. Out of the room frequently and missed a large win call. Quiet lounge had kitchen trolley and clattering ceramics.
Not a good experience and not one I'll be repeating anytime soon. What a waste of £29 and a Saturday evening.

Most visits the caller is running round…poor organisation
Most visits the caller is running round checking paper claims and handing out winnings on paper claims also giving change during intervals equipment eg touch pads not working most nights not holding charge sometimes have to use 3 in one session or you are frozen out and have to log out and in again and have missed most of the game some staff are really helpful but are all in foyer poorcaller needs helpin main hall

Not enjoyable
I booked for 5 people including myself for bingo and entertainment afterwards at Colchester on Saturday night. The time bingo was starting was 7pm, so we arrived at 6.40pm to get our tickets and be booked in. The que outside was massive and I asked a member of staff If I had to wait as I was registered as disabled and have problems standing for long periods and explained there are lots of people also smoking outside right next to the que. She never got back to me so I waited in pain with my coat over my face to cover the smoking smell. When we finally got inside the bingo had already started, it was in the second game already (so we missed 2 games). The bingo itself was very rushed and we had very little breaks (at one point we had 8 minute break) due to them starting late. I don't get out much and thought it wasn't a very enjoyable night unfortunately.

We do operate with a Random Number Generator, as we required to. This is to ensure the outcomes of our games are fair for all of our customers. With Gambling, it is always nice to have a win but, unfortunately, there is never a guarantee that you will win.

They need to get there priorities wright u can't play bingo cause they can spy on you with your membership card but u can put thousands in the machines till 3 4 in the morning I bean bared for doing nothing wrong I have been going to bingo for 35 plus years now I can't even have a coffee with my friends shame on u buzz hope all of the clubs shut down that's what they deserve
