I haven't been to bingo for such a long…
I haven't been to bingo for such a long time, and I had completely forgotten all my log in details, the staff were very helpful and polite and soon had me up and running. I would like to say that in my point of view the food menu needs to be updated, most of the food on there is don't really eat as i am a diabetic, and I wasn't happy that there was no Pepsi at the time either, but overall it was good

No wonder the place was half empty…
No wonder the place was half empty lovely venue nice staff but there was no fun in playing as it was all so rushed will not be in a hurry to go back much preferred when it was gala bingo you could enjoy playing it was not rushed

Everytime me and my wife visit
Everytime me and my wife visit , we scan our membership cards and i type in my regestration.
When we are in the middle of playing every single visit we are asked to hand over are membership cards to be scanned and checked.
Its now becoming insulting.
We always ask the othet players if they are treated like this and they say never.
Why are we always left feeling embarrased , we spent thousands in buzz bingo and we are always polite and respectful, do we look like criminals?

Forcing players to spend more
My experience at the Buzz Bingo Feltham has changed a lot for the worse. In the past occasionally the business would offer us free Main and they had other optional games to purchase. Since around the middle of October they have added the optional games into two main books with different prices and apparently disposed of the former Main only books. This means that players are now obliged to fork out more for their Bingo. Players who now receive offers of Free Main are being made to fork out for the optional games because apparently they do not have the Main only books. Why then make an offer that you cannot honour? They do not realise that there is a solution ,,, simply remove or void the optional pages in the book and it becomes a Free Main.
Update: 5th November, 2025
My wife and I received the following Text message from Buzz: "Offer for you and a mate: a Free paper Main Event or a Half Price XL+ touchscreen package. Show this at the 1pm or 7pm Main Event on Wed 5th Nov at Buzz Bingo Feltham."
Now I wish I could upload a photo here to prove a point. Anyway, the display screen at the desk showed the different prices for Touchscreen and below it detailed what was included in the prices which were as follows; Main Event, Party Time, Big Buzz Special and Big Money Live. My wife opted for the Double XL priced at £70 and her mate also took a Touchscreen package. According to the half price text message, my wife should have paid £35 for the package but instead she was charged £42 because according to the Manager on duty at the time the half price was only on the Main Event and the other games had to be paid for at their respective prices. NOT RIGHT! The Text message clearly stated half price touchscreen PACKAGE and the board clearly displayed the package prices. So now I am claiming back £7 from Buzz and I have advised others to do the same. This is really bad publicity for Buzz Feltham. Everyone who attends please beware. Do not get ripped off.
Another thing I would like to mention here is that they had at an earlier event handed out cards to get stamped on three Wednesdays beginning today (5th) to receive a Dancing Christmas Tree gift upon collection of 3 stamps out of 4. Sadly no one bothered to go round and stamp the cards so I am hoping that next Wednesday they make up for the stamp for today.

enjoying an evening out
I enjoy my evenings out at Buzz, it is a time to relax with friends and undertake a little competition to try win some money, even life changing. However, i have to say that the choice of food is really not that great, so much fried food, and not a great deal of healthy options. Why is there no choice of either wraps or sandwiches, i do not always fancy the only healthy option ie jacket potatoes

Improvements could be made!
Spending a fortune redecorating and upgrading, however it seems that no attenders reduced over last year. There are lots of small things they could improve on and added all together wouks make better.
1. Showing what cashbuilder prize money is
2. When only one number left on safecracker show prize money for calling on safecracker number.
3. Improve efficiency of bar. Service much too slow.
4. Have the drink in the bar that is shown on kn the drinks menu *eg no rum is stocked.
5. Staff do not seem to know table nonsense to take food to and wander around for ages - although not all tables are numbered.

Never ready at the counter to sell books
I cant stand for very long and one time I went to buy my books and he was actually putting the pound coins in the change tray for ages and told me to wait a couple of times I've gone in the club seen him there and gone home. The cook goes around swearing and shouting. One particular caller misses games because she's so busy playing in house games on table tops. It's really not an enjoyable experience for me anymore

Great bingo staff very slack and not many lower priced games on table tops lately .. food very expensive nowdays but I love my bingo club but there is improvement lately very poor im a requarler vista upto 3times week

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding our pricing within the club. We try to provide a variety of Bonus Games and Package pricing as well as promotional events and vouchers for our customers to have a diverse choice of prices to choose from.
Our Menu is reviewed regularly to ensure a well-priced variety is provided however please be aware there have been increases to costs following the Covid Pandemic which has been reflected in our Menu; we're working hard to resolve these increases as much as possible.

Gone Downhill - Dirty-Horrid Atmosphere.
Gone downhill so badly.
Place is dirty. Carpets/toilets/seats.
FOB Machines/chairs old style, wripped & uncomfy. Other bingo halls have much newer FOB machines & are much cleaner & fresher & have beautiful chairs for the FOB machines. Everything is old and tatty. Feltham has old tired FOB machines that are frustrating. Always slot problems taking notes. Have to be turned on & off by staff to no avail. Do not take notes majority of time. Always WiFi problems as staff keep saying with the machines. Management do not treat the customer with respect. On the contrary Management telling staff to not look after regular customers on FOB machines as dont want to give out free drinks. After bar closes at 9pm there is no where to get a soft drink/water & open all night or until 4am. Other Bingo/Machine halls have water fountains & vending machines, you only have to go up to staff & will get you a hot drink or soft drink when ever you need one. Management at other Bingo/Halls ( not Buzz ) welcome customers & are visible with welcoming, smiling faces & do the work instead of hiding in back office & scowling at customers all night. FOB Machines go wrong & you lose your wins. Happened to me 3 times now. Management do not care. Other Bingo Halls give gifts to customers. Buzz Feltham now gives nothing. Used to give out lovely prizes. Staff lovely & junior management, but senior management aloof & unwelcoming. A lot of regular customers moving to other Bingo/Machines halls as fed up of disrespect of Management to regulars & more junior staff. Atmosphere is tense & nasty. Head Office do not care about customer complaints always refer back to club individual you had issue with in first place to investigate his own complaint about himself. Can't get through Buzz customer services online, as they do the same. So basically any issue is swept under the carpet by the person the issue is about at Buzz Feltham by the Manager to hide complaints.

Love going to Buzz bingo
Love going to Feltham.
My mum was a long time member and felt I should go in her memory, even if I go by myself like she did.
People who go there are nice and you can meet other members as well as friends.
The staff are always polite and friendly. Always acknowledge you when you're there.
Hot or cold drinks as well as biscuits available when you're there late.
Keep up the good work. More offers please 😁
