They don’t pay you out straight away and when you go collect your money they say you haven’t won disgraceful wouldn’t go again.

Fantastic atmosphere
Anthony and all the staff are fantastic, I love going there every week with my mum and dad we have a ball…. Brilliant place to go all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Well done to you all a great team

she is a credit to the place and I needed to write this review because my friend Jackie and I are very grateful to her and all the staff for a wonderful evening, we will be again soon and highly recommend this place It is a hidden gem!

I have been going to xroxteth for a few months now and it’s so refreshing to be served and spoken to in a polite and friendly manner , I have been going to wavertree since the day it opened and I will never ever return again as like many others the service is shocking , so rude to you and speak to you like you have done something wrong the final nail in the coffin was the worst attitude I have ever encountered in my life was a manager by the name of Tracey , this club needs to take a leaf out of croxteths book they would have a lot more customers
