Always a great night at the Morecambe branch. It's not about the winning....it's about having a great night with friends and a few drinks. Very professional and friendly staff....on the whole thats the same with the other customers, unless you win too much ha. I would recommend a night out at Buzz.

I played gogo bingo for the 1st time. I asked the number caller what to do. I won. But the caller said I was using the wrong board. He didn't tell me which board to use. It doesn't say about this on the cards on the tables.
Also, the woman doing the drinks, didn't know if the coffee was decaf or not.
After complaing to the manager Paul, we came to an agreement. He has given me credit, for my next visit.

Want a great friendly place to meet friends, get yourselves to Buzz Bingo at Morecambe…
I nipped into Buzz Bingo at Morecambe to see about joining and I needed information for my friend. The staff were very professional and friendly Emma explained very clearly how I could become a member.
I like the old fashioned paper copies so Emma talked me through them which was very helpful! Donna let me go into the main room and I even played a few games! She also showed me their new menu which looks really impressive and reasonably priced!
Thank you for being so kind and generous, I can’t wait to bring my friend next Thursday.

I would like to leave a positive review for Donna at Buzz bingo Morecambe. She went the extra mile when I was struggling to log in to my touchpad. She’s a very kind, helpful and friendly person and if it hadn’t have been for Donna I would have gone home without playing. The atmosphere has changed since the manager has changed. The staff don't seem to take their job seriously. Especially later in the day

Best bingo club ive been too
The staff are so friendly and happy to help and assist when needed, couldn't find a better bingo hall, food is fantastic, good games of bingo and slots, all round a great club to be at and feel relaxed

I was at Buzz Bingo in Morecambe on…Tuesday
I was at Buzz Bingo in Morecambe on Tuesday evening, I go there every week, I have mobility problems and need to use toilets frequently. I noticed again this week that one of toilets are all out of order, been like that for a few weeks now. I walked over to toilets near entrance as there was a toilet for disabled but was locked up, so tried ladies next door, which had 4 toilets in, they were full apart from 1, which had poo all over seat and floor, was disgusting, so not able to use any. Please can you get toilets repaired and make sure they are clean to use.i will not be going back there until this problem is fixed.

The most unprofessional club I ever visited and I won't be returning!
I've rated this 1 star but only because there was no option for zero stars! Morecambe Buzz Bingo....where do I start? The staff on reception are clueless, rude, surly and immature. The manager is pompous and takes no responsibility for his staff's lack of professionalism or bad manners! My night was totally ruined this weekend when I responded to the free diamond+ package offer and spent my money there on food and drink, slots and the National Game. The staff totally screwed up my package. First they didn't even give me ANY tickets and after complaining they then only gave me 18 tickets instead of 119! I wouldn't get out of bed for 18 tickets never mind travel an hour and a half and spend £££s on food and drink etc! I had to return to reception to complain 3 times before being given the correct package, meantime I missed half of the main session because of their mistake! Add to this the fact that I ordered food which never arrived and I had to ask for a refund on my way out and the whole night was a disaster. I phoned the manager Wayne the next day and he was as disinterested as the rest of his staff (apart from Mark who was very receptive and helpful on the night). Needless to say I shall not be returning to the Morecambe venue any time in the near future. The manager's offer of "a few" extra tickets and a £2.80 slice of cake was an insult and the "straw that broke the camel's back"! Thanks but no thanks and goodbye!
