Dirty and cold.
Well, where do I start?
Top valley Buzz bingo club is not a very nice place to be in the last year or two.
The place is dirty, seats are filthy, broken toilet doors broken toilet seats, missing urinals, sink taps not working properly. Touch pads not being cleaned after use.
THE PLACE IS COLD, and when you ask about the heating the staff say it is being controlled from head office, how can someone in a lovely warm office control the heating requirements of a bingo hall.
People are having to sit with their coats on, I can not imagine that the office staff have to sit in their coats!

Yes went today to bingo to day sat 25th oct it was such a shambles at top valley notts this is the afternoon session the bingo caller was so bad you could not understand what she was saying letter know what numbers she was calling she made at least 3 mistakes called 3 numbers wrong if you had bee on paper playing you would not know if you had won or not. I have not been for a while but don’t think I would go again. It needs a new manger also a good bingo caller that you can understand. It’s such a shame 3 years ago it was great. Not many people their anymore.

Nottingham Top Valley club
Although I have given 5 stars, it is all to do with James the manager abd his staff. Every single one of his staff are brilliant helpful, polite, obliging and seem happy to work there. They know what their customers need or want my only gripe is the state of the hall it has lots of black tape over carpets, broken and dirty furniture and toilets with broken seats and doors BUT it doesn't put me off because nowhere is perfect and staff make up for it. I would love to mention them all individually but Dawn, Josh, Emma, Olivia, Helen and James along with the rest have been so helpful with me as disabled. Woman cant really go in pubs alone but can to bingo and feel safe no fear of the country's troubles and stand a chance of winningsome money.

Wouldn't recommend at all unless u want to go home crying
Worse experience ever and never setting foot in there again 😪 my first post was removed due to explaining what happened so I can't go into details but I would advise you all not to go staff wasn't friendly at all.

Fairness in The Bingo Hall !!
The staff are wonderful & with me being walking disabled tend to be quite generous with their help. My only complaint is the heat in the main hall. When one has to sit wearing coat, scarf & gloves to play lovely bingo then something is wrong. Can’t anything be done to rectify this as I love going there.
