Scammers
Complete scam paid £75 for Xmas eve and then they changed all the games to link games, so had no chance of winning everyone in bingo hall was upset.
Won't be coming back.

One person winning too much time for the same night while others don't get aline.
Some staff at the till dont know how to talk to customers .talking from experience.
People that just come to the club winning the biggest pots while older customers can't stop a small pot .

What a fun night out

Your staff are amazing and very helpful, especially the lady called Emma who helped us register for Buzz. She was very friendly and told us all about buzz and where everything is. The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful to have at least one more person to help out especially at the bar where you otder your food as well as drinks as it is always busy and can take quite a while to get served.

Buzz Bingo Tooting…
I have been visiting Buzz Bingo Tooting for almost a year now in and that time I’ve only won £20. The last 3 months have been especially dry with no wins. I wouldn’t complain if new joiners that I have signed up have won 3x in 1 night. I have brought several friends for referrals on more than 1 occasion and have only been given 1 x referral promotion. No where on the website nor the terms and conditions does it say you can’t sign up multiple new joiner, if specified I would have brought them on separate nights.
Whenever I go to Tooting paper winners seem to be very few and far between (almost non existent) it almost feel like paper is there to make up the winnings for tablet. The same people who always seem to win (I know everyone in Tooting knows the guy who blows his whistle). The caller also slows down purposely before the winning number and drags the call out before house is called, usually at most bingo halls the numbers are read and if you miss your go you miss it and they move on but in Tooting this isn’t the case.
Also the noise level in this club is ridiculous especially when playing table top bingo, the people who aren’t playing have no respect for the calls and management doesn’t do anything about it.
I have experienced other bingo halls Mecca Bingo (Croydon) and Apple Bingo (Sydenham) and the paper win rate is MUCH higher than Tooting. The free night on a Sunday which Tooting had have completely disappeared in favour of gimmicks and cheap tat (fake AirPods and picnic sets which were plastic plates and cutlery) but they never seem to have enough for their patrons. I’m sure patrons would much rather discount on their actual bingo……..
Different customers also seem to be receiving different marketing as a woman was given a free gold package to lure her back into the bingo hall as she was absent for a bit (and she won the night) but regular patrons aren’t rewarded the same way and that goes for the birthday offers too.
Although this review may seem scathing it is fair and I hope someone from management reads my complaint and takes it seriously. Several patrons have advised me to go to Apple bingo as their practises seem fairer than Tooting and after going I would have to agree. This goes beyond the fact that I have lost 8/9 times in a row with a mix of paper and tablet. I’ve even bought a gold package and lost on that too. Am I really that unlucky or does it all seem a bit fixed?
The best part of visiting this club is the gentleman who opens the door at the bingo hall!

I am sorry you haven't had much luck with us here at Buzz Bingo. All our games, however, are controlled by a Random Number Generator to ensure that the outcome of all the games are completely random, making sure that this is fair for all players. Ensuring that our games are fair is of the utmost importance to us here at Buzz Bingo.
There is no guarantee that if you put in a certain amount of money, you will get a certain amount back. It is always nice to have a win, but this is never guaranteed. When it comes to gambling, this should be enjoyable and not a way to gain money or make a profit, therefore you must be willing to lose what you stake.
For your noise complaint, there isn't a lot I can do for this via TrustPilot other than advise to keep raising it with the club or contact our Customer Services team.
Regarding the marketing point, our marketing is designed to reward all our customers, especially those who loyally play with us. Currently, I cannot provide an explanation of the specific requirement for promotional materials due to this remaining an internal decision however I can say with confidence that our ongoing and loyal customers receive more promotions than those customers who have taken a break from playing with themselves.

Our clubs heating systems are remotely controlled and monitored through a Building Energy Management System via our 3rd party energy partners to ensure our clubs are maintained at a level of 21c.
As with most companies during the energy crisis we are doing everything we can to reduce our consumption and maintain a comfortable environment for our customers which includes turning down our heating before and after sessions, keeping doors closed and keeping temperatures between 18c and 21c in line with government advice.
I will ensure to pass your feedback over to the relevant team nonetheless and I hope any future visits are nothing but enjoyable.
