We are really sorry about this experience you have had. Unfortunately, there has been a global shortage of vehicles meaning there is a delay with all Toyota vehicles, so there is nothing that we can do to speed up this delay.
However, we notified all customers of this global issue and you were offered the option of a refund on your deposit in light of the situation.
