Hi, I am writing this review after their failed delivery service after 1 month.
they takes your money first and then deny the delivery making lame excuses like i.e.- distance too far or time availability etc.
Please Don't trust the fake photos and quotes they are showing on their website.
I have ordered a cake on 3rd July and they cancelled the order at 9:30 PM giving the same excuse and never refunded the amount that i have paid.
#There is no customer care number available anywhere, just a mail to contact with.
# Overall Very bad support.

Worst service i ever met. Due to unusual reason my order were cancelled on 12/07/2025 still they haven't time to return the payment. First of all there are not any direct contact numbers provided. They're received disputes only by e-mail. Unfortunately no response at all. So please don't approach such a worst company.

Check before ordering no way to talk to them so plz try avoiding it’s a trap.
They are cheating peoples

This company is a total fraud. After Booking the cake and then after delivery order time has lapsed and on our repeated reminders they are suddenly charging extra Rs.150 to deliver. I had to cancel my order and now waiting to see if they refund in time.
There are no customer service numbers which is a big red flag. No time to time live tracking facility available for our order.

Govt should take action on such fake portals and owners.
Extremely bad experience that too on a birthday.
Please blacklist them and do not order.

I have ordered cake for my husband on his birthday but have not received cake or refund. You know how much effort and sacrifice it requires to earn that money. And to spent that how much I have thought and wished to spend for the loved one. But your team not only spoiled that but not returned money even after multiple contact.

As usual everybody say my problem is the same. cakesportal you guys are cancelled my order on june 15,it's ok I understood and yet so disappointed. but I got a message that you will refund the money within 7-15 working days but the money is not refundable yet. What behaviour is this once I visit this website I feel disappointed once again. Everyone have the same issue . I trusted your page and order a cake.and this is my order Id "76818". Please return the money asap.

Accepted my order and cancelled it next day saying location is very far. We are in the heart of Trivandrum City! Wrote to customeratcakesportaldotin 7 times, but no response. They have another ID for refunds disputeatcakesportaldotcom but this is not working. I wrote to Piyush Arora Director - piyusharora981atgmaildotcom. No response. Typical scam set-up. Do not order and lose your money.

Cakesportal is the very worst online website i never see this type of online portal.. i encountered till now...my order id #77290 has been cancelled by them as they weren't able to deliver since their merchants were far somewhere... And now they didn't even update me about my refund..I'm gonna make a message if this cakesportal doesn't give my money back they even aren't responding to my emails too such a fraud platform this cakesportal is.. I need my refund and i need them to respond to my emails ASAP

I placed order at 8 am and 12.30 am they mailed me that they are unable to supply because of service issue. They will refund 10-15 days .now 22 days but no reply on mail. I mailed to piyush arora ( director of company ) also but no response. It's scam . All people have to complain in consumer forum otherwise they will cheat public always . I already spoken my advocate. They will do some lessons

Cake portal what are you doing and why are you scamming people should we not trust anyone? my order no is #77116 you guy's emailed me that you can't complete my order you need more money bcz price is increased I said to cancel my order I didn't got a reply or refund or anything. If you want to be nice business don't do this otherwise I am from a lawyer family I will take legal actions
