Great communications and honest service. No "gotcha" nonsense at end of transaction. A great customer service experience. A fair price for my car.

FIRST: They only give checks for cares, no cash like their name says.
SECOND: Took 2 hours on the phone and multiple phone calls to set the junk car pick appointment. Was told I would be called one hour before pick up on the day of the appointment between 8am and 5pm. Called at 5:01pm and they were there in 23 minutes.
I will never do business with them again

Only because I cant select 0 stars. They took me through loops trying to junk a car that still started. I spent over a week trying to work with them. Soon as I gave up, I got the car junked by another place within the day. 0/10

My experience with cash for cars was quite disappointing I spoke with someone over the phone who let me know the offer price was $500 for any vehicle any condition did not matter $500 was what I would receive free tow and pick up which wasn't the best offer however it was the most convenient and probably the most I would get for a 2012 Chevrolet traverse thats not running I purchased the car 2 months ago and it's already shot when the driver got here he did a lot of small talk which was fine put the car on the lift and requested the title only to hand me $200 when he was about to pull off with my car and after having me sign a receipt and began to ask me questions about the car like was the rimming on the tires aluminum and if the catalytic converter had been replaced which it had not been as far as my knowledge but like I said I brought the car used I feel like the wording used during the phone call was very deceiving and the tow driver used small talk as a distraction and I'm assuming he assumed that I was desperate enough to just take the 200 which is absolutely insane to offer someone I understand how old the car is but the body is in good condition as well as the inside all parts were attached all tires were inflated although I'm assuming that's not considered ..the fact that I spent my hard earned money only to have a car that last me two months and you mislead me and had me thinking $500 would be given and try to hand me $200 long story short I had to contact an officer because he tried to tell me there will be a charge of 125 to cancel and I said absolutely not this is not the deal I made over the phone I was supposed to get $500 cash my car was put back in the parking spot and the tow truck driver drove off with an attitude after scribbling salvage on my title and signing his name on the back. This was not a professional experience and a customer service reps are very deceiving and this was a terrible experience.

Todo ha ido Genial. Tasé mi moto, me hicieron la oferta, hablé con ellos varias veces con diferentes dudas durante el proceso que me atendieron en todo momento muy muy bien, me vinieron a buscar la moto y a los dos días ya tenía mi dinero en cuenta. Recomiendo 100%

they offer me one prices that was really good after sending the picture they change it really low they really low ball me. What a waste of time i would not recommend this company at all and they still try to harass me by calling me and email me with their low prices dont trust they guys and the voice sound like if they are of the country

Don't bother calling or putting a request on the website. Between cash for cars and the people they do buisness with aj auto repair to pickup the car they will lie to you and deceive you anyway they can. It's a typical buisness lieing to there customers. Beware of cash for cars and aj auto repair.

Clean transaction, Cash for Cars gave me twice as much as the local wrecking yard. I have recommended them to aa neighbor and I would do business with them again.

We got the most for our totaled car through these guys. And pick up was super easy. He came, gave me a check, and was on his way. I forget the guys name who helped us, but he was great. I don't think you'll be disappointed with them.

The company did not show up twice then pulled their offer without any notice I spent more than an hour and a half on hold that various times over 5 days trying to get this done this company is a joke

The offer received for my 2025 Soul GT was insulting. $7932 dollar for a vehicle that brand new was nearly $30k? I could understand if there was significant damage, or if it had a salvage title, or if it had a lien or loan that was not paid in fullbut this car is in immaculate condition, with only 18k miles on it, and was purchased outright. Every service has been performed at the dealership on time. How this company has so many positive reviews is beyond me. Stay away from this company if you want the actual value of your vehicle instead of a lowball almost criminal appraisal.

The experience started out great. I put in my information got a offer and accepted it. I got a phone call saying we well be there in 15 minutes. My car was not cleaned out. No time was set up. "Im 15 minutes away". I rush to clean my car out. The guy shows up and gives me 150.00 less. Now its dark. The guy is making excuses. Mind you the car runs. It hasn't been in accident. Im now arguing with the guy. He gives me another 50.00. Im sure he pockets the rest. Making his side hustle from Acre Auto out of Detroit. I have never done this before got ripped of and didn't know different carriers were assigned. This was a terrible experience. At this point Im over it. Take the care and go!!!

This is a low life company that gave me a quote, took all my info including personal and VIN and screwed!..you have been warned about a major SCAM.

Accepted their offer and then the reneged on the deal. Offered back approximately half the original amount after I followed through with what they asked.
Dont trust them.

Everything worked out perfectly, very quick responses, pick up accurate, fair price, service and staff excellent.
