it's alright. the website is a bit naff, you can't filter by price, if you accidentally pass the mouse over any part of the top section a huge drop down takes over the screen in the middle of what your doing. there's lots of things they don't sell that they probably should. I had to order from three other places to get what I needed. so not amazing. the kit arrived quick, I've had one fault driver so far. we'll see how the rest of the job goes.

I purchased a toothbrush charger just over a year ago which suddenly stopped working. I could not find the receipts but knew the purchase date and got a new replacement the next day. No fuss. Well done customer service.

Perfect timing as you said and very helfull

The product did not arrive on Monday as promised.
I contacted them the day it should have arrived as the tracking link they sent me was not working. It did not look like it had been sent.
I finally spoke to someone on Wednesday who said they had escalated it with the delivery company, because they had taken my item but had not scanned it. I asked them to send me a replacement and when the delivery company find the original item, they could return it to them. I was told he would speak to his manager about this and come back to me, but no one has!! So I have asked for a refund - not received it yet!!
