Goods ordered on Jan 26
Goods ordered on Jan 26, arrived on Feb 4. Goods were damaged due to careless packing in and I reported same day to Clear Chemist. They advised replacements would be sent out same day and the damaged items would be collected at the same time. Over a week later I had heard nothing and had to chase again. Now been told that only part of the damaged items will be replaced, wanting me to use the remaining unsaleable items myself. I will not use this company again.

Do not recommend
Do not recommend! Used for first time, paid for delivery 2 days supposedly via DPD, no other confirmation emails other than original order, no dispatch email or further communications. Emailed to find out why and they ignore me. Bad company, do not recommend, do not honour what the website says! If I could get a refund I would. Shoddy company.

1st time used them
1st time used them. Ordered on Weds for express 2 day delivery. Waited in Thurs, Friday, no delivery. I emailed Friday to check if it was coming, no reply, then last thing Friday I cancelled and asked for refund. So ordered from another supplier, who provided same items on Saturday. Then on Saturday I get a text from DPD saying their package was on its way delivered Saturday.
No communication other than invoice no update, no reply to my email. No apologies, just delivered it late, 2 days longer than other supplier. Terrible service will not use again.

Do not recommend
Do not recommend. I Have ordered Espa hair conditioner from this company , they have sent me an old item, the look and smell was not right.
The admin person who replied to my email didnt even bother to write hi or apologise.
