I bought a lg v20 battery. After 7 days battery swallowing and i asked daraz why you are giving chances to those scammer to sell fake products???
They didn’t replied...

Suddenly I visited in Bangladesh I ordered some products from this website and they are unbillable awesome delivery response day give my product properly in two days so I recommended this website to you Bangladeshi people

I ordered through Daraz BD. Two weeks later got the message that my product wont be delivered and I will get the refund in 10 business days. However I didnot get the refund even after 27 days. Contacted with their customer service for several times and didnot get any help. Till now I haven't received the refund

Daraz.com.bd delivering wrong/fake product. I ordered 2 joggers from there website and when I got the products in my hand it was completely different then what I ordered. Also the return option is not customer friendly. There is a lots of Hassle to return a product.
I don't recommend anybody to purchase anything from daraz.com.bd

Not that good as a brand should be as they claim they are #1. Their service quality is like a third class online shop price is very higher than original. Their delivery system is not that bad. But the price is irrelevant.

They couldn't deliver within 15km distance in 12 days. Apparently I gotta wait 3 more days so that they can cover 1km each day! Worst service ever!

Product quality is not good at all. They show one product and deliver others.
