Good communication and clear easy-to-use website.
Free P&P over £30 which I think is great.
Highly recommended, I will certainly be using this site again.

9th Feb I Ordered some Stanley blades and paid £3.85 for shipping. I have just received confirmation that my Stanley blades will arrive 13th Feb totally unacceptable. I feel a little silly for not going to Screwfix.
