I purchased a PDF question bank to…
I purchased a PDF question bank to study for an exam. I paid via PayPal, and they sent the invoice. On its own website, DOCMERIT indicates that my payment has been processed and that I should be able to download the product. Despite this, no download link has been provided, nor does the download option on the site actually work. I have been trying to get in touch with them for two days, but they are not responding to my messages. I have suffered both financial and emotional. They have completely shaken my trust; it affected my ability to focus on my exam. I spent too much time contacting and asking for help.

On DocMerit, withdrawal requests are processed within 48–72 working hours (working days). Requests submitted on weekends or holidays are handled on the next business day.
We’re unable to verify your case from this review alone. Please contact our support team at support@docmerit.com with your DocMerit seller username and your withdrawal request date + amount, and we’ll check the status immediately and help resolve it.
Poor customer service
I ordered a download and only received a small portion of the document. I sent 3 messages regarding this purchase and the have not replied. The only way to contact this company is with a message through their website.
They do not list a phone number or email address on their website. I believe they do this because they do not want people to contact them if they have a legitimate complaint.

Docmerit is the best platform for students to buy and sell their study notes and summaries.
They maintain good communication with their clients, and though at times their response may be delayed but they finally answer and solve issues. Concerning payments, they deliver within their allocated time, and even if they delay, they finally process the payments.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever, zero contact information I have submitted for a refund as a seller failed to send me the correct information and I have not heard from anyone after 5+ emails! Horrible communication!
