This guy is nothing but a products pusher, this is the message I sent to them, to both and only emails and lines of communication available
Since I came across your you tube videos, I thought I would give your product a try, looks like a mistake on my part, I have been using Visbiome for some time now, this company cold ships and instructs you to keep refrigerate to insure potency with a 12-month shelf life, could you explain why you have shipped my order in a regular envelope, also a potency question, why have you shipped me the probiotic blend which is 11 months old, also the Saccharomyces is an unbelievable 15 months old, unacceptable, the blend has the same ingredients as Visbiome yet you shipped yours this way, you also need a contact number instead of waiting peoples time with email to deal with the problems you create, will be returning these products, let me have the return address, and since you ship me year old products I will not be paying for re stocking fee, dumping old inventory and none cold packed is not stated any wear on the site, can't believe you would dump old inventory on a new customer, very poor business practice.
After weeks of being ignored, I checked the reviews, this is happening all the time, check the reviews all not just the ones him and his team are posting, people not getting there money back, people still waiting for their money for months now, still not got it, zero rating customer service, other than the ones that are brain washed with his BS on you tube.
Take the time to watch many videos, I made this mistake did not watch enough, he has so many, meant to confuse in my opinion, you will start to notice they are all the same just rearranged. You make a purchase and your email box is inundated with a barrage of his sales pitch and products, when you realize you had been had, go try to cancel your subscription (nightmare) once again intentional, now waiting to be charged after canceling subscription, this has been happening also. Most good manufacturers of probiotics recommend refrigeration, not this guy, stamped manufacturing date on container, (no expiration date) why, so they can dump old inventory on you.

Received product over a YEAR OLD
Refusing to respond to email for a return/money back
I have given up getting my money back like so many others, refusing to communicate and return people's money, at the very least it is just another internet SCAM.
Products in the trash, cannot trust a so-called health company with so many problems
ADDED to the review, had to leave a review to get a response, it was immediate, what a company, only responds when negative reviews are posted, claimed they did not receive my emails, claimed product is good with no cold pack while no instructions on containers are sent with product for storage, clearly admitted the site is lacking clarity, but yet charge re-stocking fees, also if you want your money back it will be 24 days, pathetic

Ware für 1000€ bestellt nie erhalten , bekomme immer nur sendenummer die elektronisch gemeldet werden aber nie verschickt , keine Ware , kein Geld , schlechter Kontakt . Ich wollte unbedingt das Produkt ausprobieren , ich war begeistert , das muss ma erstmal schaffen aus einem begeisterten Kunden ...... unglaublich

Abysmal customer service. I returned an unopened order of a product called "Elemental Heal" to this company a month ago and still no refund. They confirmed the return and said it would take 14 business days for the refund. We are well past that and now customer support is not responding to requests for an update.
