I ordered twice from Easy Bathroom Crawley and both times I received the wrong item. The staff weren't knowledgeable enough to explain how I could replace an item that broke after only 4 years of use. Very disappointing customer service.

At no point did I feel like my bathroom renovation was a priority. The install team turned up or didn’t turn up as and when they felt like it. I missed a month of work waiting for workmen who often never appeared. The main root of the problem was the delivery mistakes (once the lorry showed up with none of my order on it) when it did come only half the tiles were delivered and this mistake wasn’t noticed until the tiler came to put them up on the wall. He obviously couldn’t finish that element so the shower couldn’t be installed. At this point my install team moved on to other jobs and I had to call multiple people multiple times a day, argue, shout and swear to get any kind of movement. My family were left without washing facilities for 5 weeks. I felt I had to essential beg for the works to be competed, having paid £15k for this job to be done I am raging that I was treated so appallingly badly. I would never recommend easy bathrooms it has been the biggest mistake of my life, the stress and loss of earnings was not worth it. I wish I’d installed everything myself with a YouTube video. Atleast I would have competed the install with a little bit of care and consideration for the final product. I wish I could say that now it’s competed I was happy with it but despite a few return visits to fix issues it still isn’t done to the standard it would expect. The sink is not centred on the space it has been installed into, I just don’t understand why it wouldn’t have been placed evenly? The shower door has been hinged incorrectly so it’s not water tight, water runs down the door and onto the floor, it’s been “fixed” but it still doesn’t close, a shower door should at the bare minimum be water tight. Just incredibly disappointing.

Great quality products and an outstanding customer service from the Rotherham branch (Nicola inparticular) who gave fantastic advice and went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble and Nicola made the experience as smooth as possible. We absolutely love our bathroom, classy, elegant and impeccable finish and we would be more than happy to recommend Easy Bathrooms to friends and family.

Just wanted two sheets of mosaic tiles for a splash back at the back of a hand wash basin. Delivery took a few days but the staff in the showroom were very helpful on collection. The actual tiles look fabulous!

Easy Bathrooms is the only place to go.The showroom is brilliant, the quality of product is first class, and the help and assistance was exceptional. The lady, Karen, was really lovely, knowledgeable and professional. There was nothing not to like.

Just ordered a new en suite with Michelle in the Darlington branch. Wonderful experience. Id been to B&Q and wicks, all trying to sell me things I didn't really want. Everything felt like a upsale. Michelle listened to what we wanted, she was very knowledgeable on all things bathroom related, wasn't pushy at all. The perfect buyer experience. Easy bathrooms - give this lady a bloody raise. I cannot thank Amy and her staff enough for the help and professionalism they have provided whilst purchasing tiles for our cloakroom refurb. This wasn’t a big order or any refurbishment from them, but they still dealt with me with politeness and excellent customer service. Amy ordered sample tiles for me, the team kept me up to date with arrival and when to collect and loaded them into the car for me. I would highly recommend Easy bathrooms Stratford! Thank you.

If I could return everything and go with another company I would …. After visiting the Exeter showroom I was excited to use them but customer service clearly doesn’t pass through the business.

Minor issue - missed items from order which effected the installation.

Major disappointment
During the process of visiting the show room
House visit and ordering and paying for the bathroom they had been made aware we were on a schedule due to expecting a baby in a few weeks.
After we fully paid for the items we then get an email saying we qualify for a promotional discounted rate if we order and paid by the end of July.
We had just paid in full so the email was a bit of a suprise…. After explaining we felt the email was irritating after we had just illy paid they said they would refund us the difference.

Then comes deliver day ….
We pay for a delivery as we are told we are not allowed to collect.
The deliver of the full bathroom project gets delivered but to my surprise the items were left on the curb side (non negotiable)

My wife is heavily pregnant (as they were aware)
Although we left the driveway clear
Had cleared the garage out for space and my wife was able to open the garage door for secure storage.
They decided to leave everything on the curb, expect my wife to live everything or hope it is safe outside for the full day whilst I am at work.

Needless to say I took time off to do push back and move everything but I would have expected in this situation
“A Norman Person” would be happy to deliver the items 1-2 meters further up and store them into the garage.

I have been left thinking the company is fully about the money, not the client, not the experience and no care or attention was displayed.

If we didn’t need the bathroom installed I would send everything back and go elsewhere …. I won’t be using or recommending easy bathrooms in the future.

1 month after delivery my fitter tried to fix but a seal for glass panel is missing. Contacted customer care and was told it could take up 2 weeks to find out if the parts department have this part. Nothing regarding after this process. Brand new shower cubicle, part missing from it and I need to keep my fitter waiting. Not good enough. Sure the senior managers should identify the issues and make sure this doesn't happen and the parts department should be accessible by customers. At the moment parts department is not accessible and clients get lots in the process. I am a small property developer with possible half a dozen properties, but surely will take my business to competitors. Not happy with customer service, parts and quality control sections. It's not their fault? It's policy and senior management issues. 😔😑

Went to showroom the sales team were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about your products, we placed our and arranged delivery.
On delivery day we were kept informed of the delivery progress and the driver arrived on time.
We live in a ground floor flat and the driver was happy to help me get it in the entrance hall so I was able to unpack and get it into our flat, full marks for your driver.
The product we purchased was excellent value, quality design and manufactured to high standard.
