Amazing and responsive customer service .

Iraia M was great. She did exactly what we requested, and made sure that I understood what it was that I was requesting. She was very poolite and helpful.

Elizabeth V did exactly as I asked and was efficient and helpful.
I cancelled as I don't need the service anymore. She made the cancellation effortless, rather than obstructive, which can be the way in many places.
I'm left with a positive experience of eFax so would return if the need arises.

Having used the efax service for a number of years, we were in no longer use of it, instead using email etc. But I will say the customer service, in our case Eveldina, would like to say she was very helpful and sorted all our issues when we had any.

Helpful and friendly customer service. We no longer used the service and wished to cancel our subscription. The assistant was helpful and offered other services that might be useful to us.

eFax send me an e-mail that I have a problem with my credit-card. This mail had been send to the old e-mail-adress. When I want to contact my account, it was´nt running. I called eFax where a friendly lady helped me to solve the problem. She was patient because I had trouble understanding some things; I have poor hearing. She gave me a good assistance
