Fraudulent, don't sign up for the trial
I attempted to sign up for the free trial but was immediately charged €59. Despite contacting Apple and Endel support multiple times, I was told they can't do anything about it. The process was misleading and fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone.

Charged Without Consent – Disappointing Experience
I attempted to sign up for the free trial but was immediately charged $119. Despite contacting Apple and Endel support multiple times, I was unable to resolve the issue. I felt the process was misleading and unfair, and I wouldn’t recommend this app based on my experience

In case of the App Store subscription, only Apple can refund it, as we don't have access to their subscription and payment system. Sorry for this inconvenience!

I have just had an unauthorised payment of £59.99 taken from my PayPal account for a subscription I didn’t set up - I have reported it to PayPal but can’t get in touch with endelsound.

They offer log-in with Google as a first choice, now I can't log-in with Google any more because they have an issue. They didn't help me and do I can't use my subscription!

Really helped me unlike other apps. I had no issues with subscriptions so the other reviews your probably the user's fault.

They charged me for an annual…
They charged me for an annual subscription after the free trial despite telling me that it was cancelled. For 2 days now I've been trying to contact their support to get a refund and I'm getting no response. I'll be initiating a chargeback to try to get my money back.
**Update: they did refund me - shame that I had to go through this process to make it happen

Dont create the free trial
Don't create the free trial, it is a trap, and the trial is not free, but they will charge you a Setup Fee, and there are not showing that in any notice.
