Nervously ordered my E26 from Engwe..

Nervously ordered my E26 from Engwe UK and didn't notice they were out of stock, was slightly disappointed but resigned myself to the end of September for delivery.. Shouldn't have had any concerns, Had a few e-mails back and forth with Engwe Uk which were all quickly responded to and professional.. To my surprise I had an e-mail saying they had a shipment at start of Sept, and had managed to reserve me a bike and a week or so later recieved my shipping details.. Slight hiccup on delivery date and on the day, but that was the courier as opposed to Engwe but still had great comms with the courier... All in all defo worth a 5 star, bike and overall service from Engwe UK put other more premium companies to shame.. Highly recommended for both product and service..

This was my first e-bike which I bought following some positive reviews. It is a great machine although I had some initial teething issues. These were very promptly resolved by customer support and the very useful community of ENGWE bike owners on Facebook.

Great bikes

Great bikes! Loads of torque and power is added smoothly because of the sensor in the crank. Build quality is better by far than any of the other e-bikes I’ve owned. Have them in Cyprus as well as here in the uk and we barely use the car to get about Pafos now. We can get all our shopping in the pop out paniers.
Everyone wants to chat about them on seeing them and feel like I’ve become a Rep for Engwe now 😀

Almost two years now for my Engwe X20.

Almost two years now for my Engwe X20.
Whatever I face any issues with my bike they were always helpful with my email response.
Best communication ever when I send a email to them.
Finally I’m really happy.The bike is well-built, comfortable to ride, and the motor assist works smoothly, only need to upgrade the small battery life. Great value for the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish e-bike!

Bought 2x EP-2 Boost bikes & very happy…

Bought 2x EP-2 Boost bikes & very happy with the quality of them. Very comfortable & smooth ride. Arrived within allotted time & they were well packaged so no damage. Instructions could be a little clearer but got there in the end. Ordered 2 rack bags also but only 1 arrived. Contacted Engwe & issue was soon resolved by Tracy.

We are very sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. The shipment of your E26 HT has unfortunately been affected by severe port congestion, which has delayed multiple containers from different companies, not only ours. Pick-ups now require queueing and advance booking, which has slowed down the process.

The good news is that our container has already been confirmed for release in early September and should arrive at our warehouse by mid-September. This means your order can be delivered around late September to early October.

As compensation, we have sent you the corresponding solution via email. We hope you can check the email and let us know your thoughts.

We truly value your patience and understanding, and our team will keep you updated until your bike is with you.

First Rate Customer Service

Having purchased a new Engwie Engine Pro2 recently on unpacking and assembly of said cycle we noticed that the rear mudguard/wing had a slight dent. Having taken a photo and sent it to the customer centre they offered us a package b as compensation. Having already got cycle helmets I asked if we could go with the C package instead. Two days later the package arrived. Now granted it would be nicer to get something new that had no damage but this will happen to it in time so although disappointing it’s not a big issue. The customer care though is and it definitely gets my approval. Quick and thorough in their responses, kind, supportive and willing to go that extra mile. (OTHER COMPANIES PLEASE NOTE) A big shout out to Lydia who helped through this process, much appreciated.

Customer service is phenomenal. Very quick to respond, max 10 hours. Very helpful in assisting in what you need to ask and provide Very reliable and accurate information.You can always count on them when you need to ask something. Best customer service I have had in a while. 10/service:)

Superb service from start to finish

Superb service from start to finish - Lydia was always helpful and informative - communication was excellent - always got a prompt reply. The carrier was also excellent in communicating where the e-bike was and deliver info. All in all - yes, five stars without a doubt.

Nous avons acheté deux vélo Engwe L20 boost, nous sommes globalement très satisfait de l'esthétique, de la qualité, du confort, et de la facilité d'utilisation de nos vélos. Nos pouvons également adapter le vélo en fonction de nos besoins, notamment la mise en place de sacoches de transport. Wir haben 2 Engwe LE20 Boost 3.0 gekauft. Die Lieferung ging mit Gel Express prima. Da bei beiden Fahrrädern Kleinigkeiten beanstandet wurden, konnte uns Engwe von einem auf den anderen Tag schnell helfen. Netter und kulanter Kontakt. Die Fahrräder sind klasse und wir freuen uns. Jederzeit wieder. Sicher wird bald ein weiteres für den Schwiegersohn bestellt.

I know some people have had a bad…

I know some people have had a bad experience, but I have nothing bad to report. I have the Engwe L20 and the power assist failed. I contacted after sales and Lydia was so helpful and got me a replacement controller sent out in quick time, resolving the problem. Keep up the good work Lydia.

Engwe a good bike company

I had a problem with the ioT tracking on my Engwe L20 3.0 Pro it stopped working I have been a customer of Engwe bikes for a couple of years and I have noticed a big improvement in the after care and customer service. You have to remember though you are dealing with a Chinese company so the back and forth can take a while but they always get back to you in my case they were able to remotely fix the the problem in a week from there end.
You might get that done quicker with a british brand but this iot tracking is forever free unlike most bikes offer it free for a year then charge for it.
If you can live with the back and forth with China their bikes offer great specs at keen prices
