Poor customer service. I received multiple emails that were not intended for me, was sent items I didn't order, Engwe demanded I then send them back before they would send me a bike (which i never received).

I was excited to receive the bike but now i would rather avoid them altogether.

J'ai commandé un Engwe Pro 2.0 début juin et l'ai reçu une semaine après. Il y'a eu un souci pour la livraison à mon domicile, car le colis faisait plus de 30kg et le dépôt Dpd de Blois situé à 40km de chez moi à refusé de me le livrer. La situation étant bloqué, j'ai décidé d'aller moi-même le chercher. Ayant informé Engwe du problème, ils m'ont proposé un dédommagement financier que j'ai accepté. L'emballage est très costaud et j'ai assemblé le vélo assez facilement en suivant les instructions fournies. J'ai eu un peu de difficulté pour retirer la batterie, mais avec les conseils du Service après vente, j'ai compris la méthode pour l'extraire. Les premiers tours de roues m'ont agréablement surpris, notamment la puissance, le couplé et le capteur de couple qui apporte beaucoup de souplesse à la conduite. Il n'y a pas d'accoup et la puissance du moteur s'adapte parfaitement à votre rythme de pedalage. C'est fluide et très bien géré. Très satisfait du vélo qui correspond bien à la description. Le Service après vente à également était parfait en répondant rapidement à mes questions. J'ai juste regretté que le vélo soit livré avec des pédales fixes, pour un vélo pliable, c'est gênant. Je recommande ce vélo polyvalent.

Bought an Engine Pro nearly two years ago. Went to remove the battery but found that it would not come out. Once a photo of the problem was submitted, Lydia sent me a video on how to resolve. Five Star service and Lydia is a star!

Extremely happy with the Engine Pro 2.0 bike and the customer service that came with it. All messages were returned promptly. Delivery was efficient and fast.
So happy with this company that I ended up ordering a second bike and the service was just as good, this time the colour I ordered was out of stock so I waited for their return to stock which happened exactly when they said they would and then the delivery was quick.

Bike arrived quickly. Didn't look too difficult to build, but I was lazy and got someone to do it for me. Bought the E26 model. Great to ride. Cuts through the wind and likes hills. You still putsome effort in but so much more enjoyable to ride on a more windy day. Use mine for work and as getting older, I experience knee issues. This has helped me carry on cycling and enjoying the outdoors.

We have 2 Engwe P20's, and absolutely love them, We got them mainly for van trips, and have recently been over to France for a month - the bikes were so so useful, and meant we could explore so many different places.

I've had a problem with one of the bikes (a noisy back wheel). Engwe were really helpful, and sent me a video guide on how to tighten the spokes. Thier advice was spot on, and the video was really clear. I was able to solve the problem, and my bike is super quiet now!

We have fixed a BuddyRider dog seat to one of the bikes, and so our dog can also enjoy our rides too. It fits perfectly :)

I was very sceptical about dealing with an online company like this but Enguie has proved to be genuine. Shipping was far quicker than expected, I bought the L20 Boost which is everything it said it would be. Very good and quick customer service too. I bought the n1 and it's great. flattens out the hills and the battery lasts way longer than I expected

I ordered two bikes, which were delivered on separate days without prior notice. This meant someone had to be available to receive each delivery, which was inconvenient.

The first bike was delivered without issue, but the second delivery — using the same courier — required a signature. Despite being on the phone with the delivery company and clearly giving approval, they still refused to leave the package. This caused unnecessary delays and added stress.

Initially, I was concerned as I had trouble reaching customer support — the phone number didn’t work, the chat function was unresponsive, and I didn’t hear back via email for a few days. However, I eventually received a reply, and the missing item is now en route.

Overall, the bikes themselves seem fine, but the lack of communication and inconsistent delivery process made the experience less smooth than it should have been.

Had a faulty charger with the bike, customer services sorted it straight away and sent me a new charger.

I have bought Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 around 3 months ago, I it is really strong and can go any steep, without peddle, my body weight 73 kg, it is very fast can go 50 km per hour, but it can bed switched to be legal, from screen hold press some buttons and it will be programmed to be legal and max speed 25 km per hour.

Ordered a spare battery, received a battery that was faulty, this was quickly resolved (they sent a replacement battery without fuss or bother). Great customer service

The Bike is great . I use mine off road, on the beach and on normal roads and streets . Once set up it makes cycling effortless wherever I go . I would thoroughly recommend getting one of these

Ordered a bike through their website and everything thing was handled in a timely manner from the communication regarding the delivery to arrival. The bike took minimal skill to setup and has been providing great enjoyment for being out and about, allows you to get onto the route less traveled away from flat routes as hills are no longer a concern with the various levels of assistance provided.

We ordered a P275 Pro directly from Engway. The shipping was quite quick and we got to enjoy the bike for a week until we had some issues with the battery not charging.

Engway support was super helpful and helped us troubleshoot. It took a few cycles of troubleshooting but we ended up getting a new motor and replaced it. That fixed the issue.

The bike is still amazing and the support was great. It is not often that you can expect a company to provide this much support online. Much appreciated. And special thanks to Janice from Engway support
