I am super satisfied from engwe service. I ordered a bike. But we faced a problem with dpd delivery. Dpd didnt want to deliver my bike because the package was too heavy. I contacted engwe and they send out another bike immediately and it arrived two days later at my house. Thanks again for your quick service. And also the bike is super super nice. Really happy with the bike.

I ordered a P20 on 13 May and got a shipment tracking the next day. The good bit however stopped there. 2 days later on 16 May, the courier BJS showed that the shipment was cancelled without any reason. I immediately sent an email to Engwe asking for my order and never got any reply since. I am in the dark if and when I will get my bike!

Bought the EP-2 which came as predicted and had clear instructions in how to build.
I had problems with the battery and messaged Engwe straight away who discussed what the problem is first and asked for a video before sending me a replacement part.
The only downside is that, if you are not confident with electrics/dismantling components, it could be quite daunting to do. However there are videos to show you how to do it and I had a unique problem with my battery that I had to overcome but the video didn't show.
I'm basing the 5 stars on the service and communication I had with Engwe.

Absolutely horrible. I have had the bike for just under 3 months now, and many things have gone wrong with it. Such as the seat mechanism becoming snapped, the battery came damaged, and the worse one out of them all is that my front wheel has come loose and wobbly at least 4 times. I have taken it to bike shops to get it done properly, I have checked to see if it's broken (it's not). This bike is so awful. And on top of that, I contacted their customer service help desk and I haven't had a reply in nearly a week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

they sent me the wrong bike - 4 emails to support and not one reply - dreadful customer service. They came back to me the next day as the email response team are based in china We ended up keeping the bike for my wife with a refund offered to keep this one and order another black one.

I ordered a bike online. 12 hours after ordering the bike, I received an email, stating that the product I ordered has been discontinued and have three options. I chose the full refund option.
Why wasn't the web site updated, stating discontinued stock. I am now fighting a battle for a refund. Its a substantial amount of money and it is mandatory that I receive my refund before I can buy another e-bike froma diffetent company, with the same specifications that I want.
They took my money quick as a flash, but don't want to return it back to me. We all work very hard for our money and its so unfair a company can just keep it for as long as possible. Contacting Engwe is a nightmare, with overseas telephone numbers and ignoring my e-mails. Fortunately I paid for the bke using paypal and they have opened a dispute claim, but I still have to wait for my money to be refunded. Surely, this is theft ??.
BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE PARTING WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ENGWE. Customer service is non existent and their solution centre is a shambles.

engwe sent me clear instructions on how to identify the problem i had , and quickly sent me the new replacement part ,witch i fitted promptly and the new part resolved my problem , great service engwe uk.

Last year we bought a pair of Engine Pro 2.0 folding bikes and have been absolutely thrilled with the quality and performance.
We were a little cautious initially buying online but had no reason to be as the customer service has been absolutely outstanding, with prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance.
Recently Engwe emailed advising that the batteries may need to be replaced in line with their high-quality standards. After sending back the serial numbers we were advised that indeed this was necessary. Then within 4 working days we received a replacement set.
I could not recommend Engwe enough to any potential new customer as from our experience they have been second to none.

I would like to thank ENGWE Customer service for a first class service we bought the ENGINE X charged the battery full but the display only showed 4 bars instead of 5 contacted customer service solved the problem sent out a new display now all is good thank you.

i own a Engine Pro which i use to go to work every day.
Suddenly it stopped working as the contacts between the two parts of the battery were kind of melted.
I wrote an email for assistance as still in guarantee and i had one of the best customer service experiences of my life.
Quick responses and solution. I had yhe two parts in about 4-5 days with the instructional video for replacement.
Now the bike is fixed and like new

Absolutely brilliant - love it - I’m 110 kgs and it is very sturdy, strong and powerful - also the accessories such as the rear bag are excellent. Would highly recommend Engwe Engine X

Perfect customer service all querys answered no problems. My engwe m20 is a cracking well made sturdy beast ,I've just added a new battery for range and just wow it just eats the miles no range anxiety quite quick aswel but shhhh . This engwe m20 has changed my life I suffer anxiety and mad social anxiety so I didn't and hadnt come out the house for 5years a friend said an ebike will change your life thats so true I've remembered I like being outside, my m20 gets me out to where I wanna go and back comfortably and always with a smile on my face it's a cracking ebike well worth investing in. Bring on the summer for adventures ,many thanks engwe you've changed someone's life for the better .

My Engwe P20 recently developed a fault. Sent a video of the problem to Engwe support and within a couple of emails to confirm frame etc a new part arrived very quickly. Start to finish was a little over a week. Very impressed with the after care.

I could not have asked for more cooperation than was provided by Engwe Bikes support team. They answered questions very quickly, provided plenty of advice, and despatched components to resolve my problem in double quick time. They are a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I and my wife have had to deal with. Well done Engwe.

I am a new owner of e-bicycle Engwe P275 ST. I am pleased to have this bike. I have a very weak knee and a bad heart. And this bike is helping me to conquer any hill, even very steeply. I sometimes even use smaller gears to feel any gearing so strong this bicycle is. It has 70 Newton's torque, so it's powerful enough to climb any hill. I had trouble when I mistakenly took off the speed magnet from the spoke, which stopped the support engine from working. But I found on YouTube how important those magnets are. My happiness in using my bike is endless. Recommending e-bikes for everyone with health issues.

Since may, I have the Engine X bike. Suddenly, the bike was not turning on, so I had no display neither pedal assist. Send an email to the support team and they promptly answered me. They were happy to help me sort out the cause and, once we found out the issue thanks to a step-by-step guide they sent me through email, they sent me the replacement parts over the mail. Assembling things was quite easy, since each electrical cable has one size and socket - they probably made this in order to make the bike as easy to repair as possible, and now everything works as intended.
