I was once one of the top service providers on E-Pal, and based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the platform’s moderation, transparency, user safety, and privacy practices.

Although E-Pal presents itself as a gaming/social companion platform, I saw signs of hidden NSFW-related activity while the company publicly claimed such services were not allowed. Enforcement also seemed inconsistent, with accounts allegedly banned for NSFW activity later returning to the platform.

I am also concerned about younger users being present on a platform where this kind of hidden activity may exist. On top of that, the platform does not appear to handle privacy or GDPR-related concerns transparently, despite many users coming from Europe and North America.

The idea behind E-Pal is not bad, but in my experience, the way the platform is managed raises serious red flags. I would advise users to be very careful before spending money or sharing personal information there.

Is a good app, i think it has a good support team and I have meet really nice people on it. The staff is really helpful

I‘ve been on epal for almost 4 years now and its not as bad as everyone says it is.
Of course its hard to make it good for everyone but so far i enjoyed my time.

A great website to find a gaming companion! A lot of nice people, a lot of game services for every tast. The staff always present to support everyone!

ive met so many cool kinds of people, talked about all kinds of topics, and learnt a lot through other peoples experiences. as someone whos outgoing, an extrovert, and who is an epaler, this app was well designed for people like me! the opportunity to be an epaler is something im very grateful for. the staff is always helpful and amazing.

This app is FULL OF PEDOS. No exaggeration.

There are tons of fake accounts, people literally stealing photos from real girls and selling content like it’s theirs. Identity theft is everywhere and they do NOTHING about it.

Moderation is absolutely HORRIBLE. They ban innocent people without proof, while actual scammers and creeps stay active like nothing. It makes zero sense. It feels like the platform is run by scammers for scammers.

There is no real verification, no real protection, no real justice. Just a broken system where the wrong people get punished and the worst ones profit.

This app is honestly terrible.

The lack of security is insane. Literally anyone can take photos from another person online, create an account, pretend to be them, and start selling content like it’s theirs. There is no real verification system to protect identity, and that’s a huge problem.

Even the audio requirement doesn’t fix anything — anyone can fake a voice or even use AI to pass it. That’s not real verification.

It also creates a worse situation: if the real person whose photos were stolen tries to join Epal, they risk getting banned because the system may think they’re the impersonator. That’s completely unfair.

It feels like the platform makes it way too easy for scammers to exist. You never really know who you’re talking to, and that destroys trust completely.

On top of that, there’s a lot of inappropriate behavior and content that doesn’t seem properly moderated.

Overall, very poor safety, weak moderation, and not a reliable environment for either users or creators.

It has been 4 months since I started using this site. I can def say that is a great platform for making friends, finding people w interests like you and also really helpful for people who cannot do traditional jobs and it is still fun!

I’ve been here for a little over a year and have gotten the chance to know rly cool ppl, not all have been cool of course it’s the internet after all, there are trolls everywhere. But from personal experience, customer service has been GOATED and more proactive than ever when it comes to keeping the site SFW and ethical. Tbh mods have been actively asking for our feedback, taking the time to make surveys, ACTUALLY listening to us by making progressive changes and helping us when needed. Notably big shoutout to Stella she’s an angel 💗 I encountered a troll last week and was super anxious about him blaming me for his actions but she took the time to hear out my situation in detail, she actually trusted and stood by me. I felt bad as I didn’t want to bother her with my situation but she was super empathetic while remaining professional, she not only helped me but also made me feel heard 🥲💕

I do notice a difference when it comes to the site now vs 1 year ago and I would say the standard for the behavior that is and isn’t deemed acceptable on the site is definitely getting higher as time goes on, which is great. To me this signals that the platform is trustworthy, a platform without standards for its users’ actions wouldn’t be reliable nor ethical and I myself definitely would not be using it for so long if it weren’t like this. It’s great that the anti-NSFW and anti-bullying rules are getting stricter as it prioritizes our safety. So ye overall I’m truly glad I can trust the platform to have my back, thank you guys :]

I was in a really tough position, going through the steps of getting an un banned from a false accusation and the support staff (specifically Stella and Sally) were able to help me throughout the process. They listened to my concerns and fully heard me out after being cast aside the first time. Truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put in to this community 💜
