I have to agree with a lot of the other low star reviews here. Asking your following to give you good reviews to offset your bad ones isn't a good look. As an E-Pal myself, I have never been banned for NSFW because I'm actively reporting people who are constantly abusing the system. I will say I have seen users be banned prior for NSFW so we can't act like they aren't somewhat "trying". I still hope they take users feedback into consideration more thoroughly if they're going to be begging for reviews. I'd honestly give E-Pal an overall 2.5 stars for Customer Support, E-Pal Feedback Acknowledgement, System Abuse, and Fees for E-Pals and Clients. Hard 1 star for the amount of NSFW that is still being milked by E-pals and Clients, despite their efforts the amount is so rampant that my messages are 2 out of 3 messages asking for links or advertising.
Hopefully we can see more action against Booster and NSFW users.

Also: The new acceptance terms for games is utterly atrocious. Negative stars. What made you guys really want to remove starting times from game orders? Why is it that even if I'm about to go offline and want to accept the game for the next day, that after a few hours it says CANCELLED? Why is it that I am still being held accountable for orders made while offline? And WHY am I held responsible for losing points and then yelled at by the system that if I don't accept my order in a timely fashion I get my points reduced... WHILE OFFLINE? The system was 100 times better when you could control the starting time of your orders and they didn't affect you while offline. "Just mark yourself as not taking orders", literally no. I always want people to know I'm available the next day if I am, and that I will be on to accept their order. I'm not going to pre-accept any orders anymore either because it counts against me. "Turn them away and decline the order, or send them to come back tomorrow" again.... NO. It goes against my account to even DENY orders. The only time I would mark myself as Not Taking Orders is if I was going away for a week (which also counts against you for not taking orders in a week LOL). People are legit seeing my page say "Not Taking Orders" and hop right back into their hiatus because they think I've quit or something. Removing the initial 3rd star I gave because wow is this awful.

Ok so... I've been an epal for a very long time since it was called egirl.gg. It's like a 50/50 of good and bad experiences.
Good: I've met really cool ppl who I consider my friends and I get money by doing what I like.
Bad: Just like a lot of other ppl just state... Scammers, guys asking for nsfw to girls, 10% of tax for withdrawing, epals boosting 100 orders per hr like Ayla and Paola, etc.

On my personal opinion epal should STOP doing this events where the winner is the person with the most orders done, like... obviously the winner it's gonna be the same boosting girl with the insane amount of orders done per day -_-

They asked their discord community server on september 6th, 2022 to give them a good review here (and called it as a favor), and i quote the mod from discord:" got a minute to do me a favor? I am not allowed to offer any monetary incentives, but you will have our friendship" and I quote again: "Please consider dropping a positive review on the website". Please be careful from the new 5 stars reviews as they are trying to boost them (They don't allow boosting on their website btw but they promote it here lol). They have many issues on their website, service and support team (their email support team is a joke they never help you solve any issue). They just take over on epals money and ban their accounts with their money in it and give no explanation or instructions how they get their accounts or money back, they just stop replying to you and take your money (like they did to me), girls get harassed and asked for inappropriate things there too and many accounts boosted (specially girls with thousands of orders a day) it is so biased. Be careful from this website as it is run by some unprofessionals. ( I wanted to share with you a proof of what i'm saying but trustpilot does not allow links nor pictures)

Edit after epal's reply: This is so not true, once you freeze an account they lose access to the account and they can't withdraw unless they access the account. Don't say what you don't really do just to look good in front of people, my account is frozen for months and your support stopped replying to me and when they reply they reply with an automated answer, i received it like 200 times now. you don't help us get our funds back nor our accounts, you just freeze with no proper explanation and take over our earnings. YOU ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!

There's a lot of nice people here, can meet new friends, pals and teammates for ur games. I love has the most beautiful community for games. :)

I have over 800+ orders and had many bad experiences with girls with voice changers, boosted ranks and scammers.

The community is super toxic in their discord, girls fight each other and talk trash about other girls on their backs or while doing orders.

The reason I give a 5-stars it's because thanks to Epal.gg, I got to meet an authentic gamer girl, that just want to have fun. I want to believe that the GG stands for that.

I got wrongfully accused of an order boosting even though I'm not at the top of the event that is currently ongoing event. I've worked my ass off to get all those orders and get paid and yet they froze my account without evidence. This is trash and unfair website,

Like many others have pointed out, the site always give exposure to the already popular, highly demanded epals. Scammers are everywhere trying to get free orders because it's so easy to create multiple accounts quickly. The commission fee is terrible and shows how greedy this company is. You already have clients purchasing 3 buffs for $5 and you're gonna take another 10% commission off epals? Clients can purposely leave bad review so the epal have to refund them so it won't affect the rating. What kind of system is this?

Been a seller on this site from some time now, We are currently unable to withdraw they've given us a 2-3 day maintenance time of when it will be back up but it's been a week an a half now. If you guys are gonna pay your sellers from here on out just pay them through cashapp or paypal as we aren't getting the money you guys are sending us.

I've always been super bad at games and recently started playing LOL to attract my crush. Shawn is indeed super patient in taking me in the game!

All the people voting "bad" were banned for being perverts, this is a truly great site that provides the opportunity of fame and income to small content creators and people of poor currencies.

If you find the right people, especially the E-Pal Officials, they're amazing and super helpful people. I spend A LOT of my time on E-Pal and it is truly a great platform.

This site only gives exposure to boosted girls doing 90+ orders in 1 hr / day having a total of 30k+ orders lmfao and officials know this but won't do a thing about it just to gain popularity. Scammers are all over the site and some girls trying to sell me disgusting nsfw services is annoying. 10% of tax for withdrawal is insane too, you lose a lot of money.

Ever in need of a fifth or a duo in comp? E-Pal is the best place to find that, I've met countless cool men and women to game with this past year that I would never have met without E-Pal.

I have been on this site since it was called egirl.gg. It was fun at first to get orders then it became slow. I get on sometimes to see messages.. but it’s clients asking for NSFW or inappropriate stuff. I have even blocked 5 accounts recently that all belonged to the same guy. I think they need to listen to the epals and improve the website/security measures. They hold events but only the girls/guys with hundreds of orders will win the events. They even started a streaming event/server to help out small streamers. The bad thing about it? The requirements to join the events or partner with E-Pal are almost impossible/ridiculous for small streamers. Why are there even requirements in the first place? So much for this site for wanting to help it’s epals. It’s sad. I even talk about them on stream but to see it take this route.. yikes.

I'm an E-Pal on this site and have had mostly good experiences! There are times here and there that a customer can leave you with a not so great experience but in my opinion the good experiences and the people you meet make up for this completely!
