reliable service
Would definitely use again. Waiting at arrivals,helped with luggage. Straight to vehicle. Quick and easy. Was very good with afew queries whilst on holiday. Bang on time coming back. Great service.
excellent service
booked this service for a recent holiday with my family, pick up on the 1st of September from Faro airport going to Vale de para, and return on the 30th of September. I would not hesitate to book this service again, driver waiting for us in arrivals when we arrived and on the return journey arrived on time ( 10 mins early).

The website was easy to use with booking confirmation provided. I a return trip and both drivers arrived on time.
The only improvement would be that I paid the first driver cash for both journeys and was not offered a receipt of payment.
Late collection from hotel
Arrival at airport went well with polite and speedy transfer to our hotel. We were due to be collected from our hotel at 6.45am for return to the airport. Given the fact that we had booked a private transfer, confirmations by email and text message and paid well in advance for a premium service, I didn't think that it was necessary to build in additional late taxi arrival time. We waited outside the hotel from 6.30 and at 6.50 I telephoned the taxi company to find out where the taxi was... A sixteen seater transit with trailer arrived at 7.00am, with an apologetic driver who said he had telephoned the hotel at 6.40 to say that he'd be late.....as though this was some comfort to us ? Poor service.

You did great. You were there on time both ways. The minibus was god for the 5 of us in the family.

A great reliable service and friendly driver
We booked our transfer with this company after finding them on the internet. They turned out to be very reliable and charged us the fare quoted online. Our flight was delayed by 90 minutes and the driver was there waiting for us in arrivals. Again, the driver turned up at the time requested to take us back to Faro. So we were very satisfied.

FANTASTIC
Fantastic used them for the last 2 years can not fault them. On time friendly, pleasant. The cars are spotless the drivers very helpful and pleasant. We even stopped at a supermarket no problem for driver as he waited. It is quick and easy to book on line also.

I arranged and paid for our transfers online before we left for Faro. When we arrived at the airport our driver was waiting for us and took us straight to our villa. He was very welcoming and friendly.
On our return trip the driver arrive on time and again, he was very polite and welcoming. I will definitely be using this service again, it was so easy!
Round the houses a bit going there - but straightforward going back
Charming friendly driver who took us round the houses a bit finding our villa in Villamoura - but got us back to the airport a week later with a cheerful manner.
On time. Did what was asked. Communication could have been better.
Everything was very good just would suggest sending a reminder email 24 hours before the taxi arrives to put one's mind at rest
PERFECT SERVICE
I arranged our transfer online with Faro Airport Taxis as we didn't want to tour around various hotels before we arrived. The driver was there to collect us when we arrived and was early for the return journey. He was polite and courteous and we just can't expect any more than that.
The car was clean and the journey smooth.
A company that listens
The initial pick up taxi was not large enough even though the documents listed our needs. However, following an email the return transfer was excellent.
Both drivers were competent in driving and handling luggage. Also sensitive to a small baby's needs. Thank you.
Airport transfers from faro
Timeing was spot on plenty of room.curtious staff.only one complaint was on the return transfer we were asked for €20 with no explanation why or paperwork.bit annoying,apart from that all excellent.

There when we arrived at Faro, with name on a board. And there again to take us back at 06.45am 10 days later.
Nice, clean, air-conditioned Mercedes van. Friendly, helpful drivers - lifted all the heavy bags into the boot.
Also, sent a text reminder 24hrs before - which was a nice touch and great peace of mind.
