Delivery instructions were followed perfectly - thank you! Living in a basement apartment means we get some pretty interesting drop offs when the delivery instructions are not followed. Unfortunately it’s rare that companies get it right so I appreciate this very much!

The movers were organized and at the last minute our elevator went down. They carried it up the one flight to our floor. I am so thankful.

semi fast delivery. It seemed to be sitting in Markham for a day before out for delivery. but it was still pretty fast. Actual delivery driver on the day of delivery was fast.

Delivered to the door, on time and without fuss.

They delivered everything to my door (heavy boxes) and I really appreciate. It's just hard to schedule a delivery. Impossible to join someone to book a time when I am home so they delivered and I was at work. But except that really satisfied.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There is no way to speak with a real person, you’re stuck talking to a bot that doesn’t actually help.

The delivery service is even worse. I waited at home from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., only for the driver to never show up or deliver my package. Now I’m left wondering if it will arrive the next day, with no communication or updates.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve accurate delivery windows, clear communication, and access to real customer support. I will avoid using this delivery company whenever possible.
