Coach pick up, interchange all went smoothly and efficiently.

Literally just had one of the best weeks away ever! Been to Torbay. We had Marcus and Brian. They were excellent with explaining every detail and made sure we were all well looked after. Such a lovely atmosphere on the coach every day with so much laughter. Everybody was made to feel welcome. Will definitely be looking again

Service was exceptional. Entertainment up to West End standard. Food very good. Accommodation excellent. Activities many and varied.

Lovely hotel and food. The travelling was good and comfortable. The organisation of things to do and the tours were brilliant.

My Daughter and I made our own way to Potters Hopton on sea as it’s so near for us than having to spend the first and last day traveling by your coach to Northampton
Went on the trip to Norwich which was ok
Did not go on the second trip as weather was not good
But I must admit got a refund having to make our own way to the resort

The Driver Kyle and Tour Manager Stuart were great and friendly the second hotel was good the food was very good the transfers were smooth the excursions were excellent the whole experience on the Victorian Manxman Magic trip was awesome well done Grand UK and thank you

Warner's hotel lakeside accommodation much too small drinks bar snacks expensive entertainment left room for improvement-coach visitors seated back and to the side of the stage which wasn't comfortable

The Tour Manager & Driver were excellent, the choice of a national group Hotel could have been better , by using a Good independent one, offering some evening entertainment, a d a wider menu choice would have improved what was a Good holiday.

The chalet was very comfortable and clean. The entertainment was excellent and lots to do in the day. The service in the dining room was a little short staffed at times but the food was very good with lots of choices.

Actual holiday was fantastic. Tour guide friendly and knowledgeable. Driver excellent. However taxi pick up was the most moaning miserable man. Didn't like all the different places before setting off for the holiday. Hotel lovely and attentive staff.

The space at venue. Staff, food and entertainment all fantastic. Alex on greeting and reception was a saint.

Brasserie 32 food not so good. Although the space and views were superb. All dishes were 5/10. I was disappointed to be served a weak ‘gravy’ fish soup with closed mussels. It should not have left the kitchen.

A well-planned and interesting trip. We managed a great deal in three days. The journey was quite long, but that was because of problems on the roads and not GUK. Hotel was fine and food good whilst the driver and Tour Manager were friendly and helpful.

Our holiday trips were varied and interesting. We had an excellent driver and a conscientious tour manager. Our pick-up and drop off were very good. We have been a number of times with Grand UK, and will undoubtedly go again.
