I had just called in a payment. Lindsey, Assistant Manager, called a couple of days later to let me know I could get a bit more. This holiday season had been a bit financially tough, but at least manageable; yet the offer was a great help. When I came in, Lindsey helped me find the amount I was most comfortable with. She and Jeff the Manager have always been most helpful. I've been with Heights for several years; and I truly like and appreciate the associates at this branch in Plover! Always professional, honest, and great!

I have been with Heights Finance for a few years and they have been so helpful especially Jeff the store manager. when I have been late or couldn't come up with the right amount on my loan he has helped. Jeff doesn't judge or give you a lecture or attitude he understands when things come up it maybe a simple reason. Jeff is quick to see how he can increase your loan or how he can make it easy to make your payments suitable for each person. I like all the staff at Heights in Plover they get my 5 star rating!!! I wish more companies where as compassionate as they are. Great job guys!!!,

I just love this place they helped me get a car, they work hard for you and make it happen they care in what they do, It is like a whole new family, I was in Texas and my payment was due and they give me time to get back to do my payment, they are so professional, plus Everytime I go in to give my payment they always ask how I am doing, and for course I have time tell them all my monthly business and it is like visiting family, it look forward to go there every month to visit , I just love them, they can help you get your loan and they make it fun this is the best team of workers I have ever met .. oh plus I won the Christmas drawing and it was such a surprise, they always have things going on there. You need to go there and met this staff, get a loan there and become family .

Lindsey and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. Lindsey helped with my refinance and was polite and friendly and made sure that everything was explained good. I would definitely recommend going there.
