I have been emailing this company since January 6th to start a return and nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve sent 7 emails. I have also reached out twice through their website…Terrible customer service. If I had known it was going to be like this I would not have ordered from this company. Beware

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered from them at the end of November for a Christmas gift. Shipping was 5 to 10 days. Not only have I still not received what I ordered but they refuse to refund me my money and no longer answer my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!

I bought two of these for my daughters well before Christmas. They took a very long time to come, and the product ships from China, which I did speak to the company about. They did give me a discount for my wait. We gave the hair tools for Christmas, tried one of the units, and were overall not satisfied, and have been trying since then to return one. We would return both, but their policy is that it must not be used, so I am not sure how you would measure your satisfaction for the money-back guarantee. I have sent four emails since Christmas now, with no reply, yet they replied to me timely when I first ordered and was inquiring about cancelling the order due to the delays. They did say that if I received and decided to return the shipping cost would be my responsibility. I thought then that this company may be a scam. They have a guarantee that you can't really test, and they say Canadian company, but it comes from China. When you see that in the shipping links and want to cancel, you magically can't because it is already being sent. Stuck between paying return shipping to China if I ever get ahold of anyone, or keeping a product that we are not satisfied with.
I think the hair tool could work for some people if they have thinner hair and lots of product. It did not work for my daughter with medium thickness hair at all, and it worked for my daughter with thinner hair, but did not last, even yo finish the other side of her head. She did have some hairspray in, but I supposed maybe if you put a lot in, it might hold. I am trying to see any positive, but really can't, other than I did receive a product and that it wasn't a total scam. I have seen numerous negative reviews about this company, and a few positives. I can't help but feel that if they cared about their reputation, and stood behind their products, they would respond. I am now trying to figure out if I have any recourse. I don't trust this company with my payment information.

I would choose 0 stars if it were possible!! SCAM company! Sends the wrong stuff! For example I ordered two of the same straighteners and they were both different. One was a mini cheap baby one that is trash. The other one the correct one is ok but I want the proper one I was supposed

Email and don’t have a phone number. My husband ordered my five and one styler off of the site and then I purchased three more and two straighteners and both my husband and my bank accounts were hacked. this is the ONLY place we BOTH ordered from.

Received this product for Christmas and it doesn’t heat up. Tried several times to contact customer service for a refund but no one replies to my request. Very frustrating!! Poor customer service!!! Would NOT recommend this company!!! DON’T waste your money!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Ordered 2 5 in 1 stylers dec 11 didn't arrive until Jan 12 n shipped directly from China not Toronto, received the free straighteners in 1 package , received 2nd package which was supposed to have 2 stylers ans 1 leather case, only 1 styler and case , missing 1 conpkete styler package, have emailed 5 times with only 1 automated reply and no attempt made to contact me or bring around any resolve, be aware if you leave a negative comment they simply delete it, buyers beware

Learning to use the tools, the 2 day shipping was 3 weeks and not a Canadian product as thought.
Very lightweight and hopefully stands up.

100% Scam!
My husband placed an order on December 19th, never got any order confirmation or anything. Good thing he took a picture of the confirmation number after he paid. It was charged to his card, but nothing ever came. Jan 1st, he told me what my missing Christmas present was and if I could help him contact the company. I emailed them 3 times (Jan 1, 7 & 9) to ask for an update as I have not received ANY communication. All I ever got was an auto reply, but never heard back from the company. I am disputing this charge with his bank. Do NOT order from Hey Curls. You will get scammed!!

The shipping took longer than stated.
But all around easy to use I’ve tried the shark and Dyson and for the price it does the exactly the same thing it’s light weight and it’s a fraction of the price would definitely recommend.

Trying to return the styler has proved to be impossible! I have sent several requests and emails without a single reply. It has been 3 weeks !!
Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

I ordered this gift for my wife’s Xmas in mid November, and it shows January 8th. So much for the surprise Xmas gift. Disappointing service for a product originating from Toronto to St. John’s, NL.

To be honest hey curls much better than dyson because it’s too cheap and quality is really much better than order products

With a name like Hey Curls Toronto, I assumed this company was based in Canada, and shipped from Canada. Unfortunately this is not the case, and my order which was purchased for Christmas presents for my daughters ended up being delivered 1 month after I ordered (and 10 days after Christmas) despite emails saying that my order would be here in time for Christmas. This was disappointing. Also, despite automatic reply emails saying they would get back to me within 1-2 business days when I asked for more information, I never received a personalized reply. Products arrived in damaged boxes, but products seem to be working at this time, and although they are loud, my daughters like them.

Easy checkout, affordable product. Just shipping took long probably because of the holiday season. My sister in law didn’t receive until almost 2 weeks after Christmas.

I think it’s good product with the price I paid. At first when I used it on little too dry hair . It did not give me much result. But today I follow the instructions and it worked pretty good. It’s worth the money you pay. The product is made with consideration of protecting hairs from heat damage. I like that.

I just love this 5 piece styler. My hair is relatively fine and I've never been able to add curls or straighten until I used this! It's so easy to use and actually grabs the hair to twist around the rod to dry and achieve curls. The only issue i have is some hair gets twisted were the rod connects to the base. It then pulls and breaks the hair strands that it grabs. Ouch!

It's just wonderful! Easy, fast and practical to use. Definitely Hey curls is my favorite .

I was disappointed to see how long it took to ship as I thought it was only coming from Toronto. When in fact it was shipped from overseas and took about a month to show up. I do like it though. However, as I am not one with much coordination, it will take some time to get used to using it. Not as easy as I had hoped. But that’s on me
