being truthful I though this was a scam, but I bought this for a family member as a gift.. she is very impressed with the results and the quality feels good. id reccomend

I ordered this for a gift in November for my daughter and received it on time and appears to work as described. My issue is with additional charges to my credit card over and above my initial purchase. One for $9.95 for VIP membership which shows on my original bill as no charge, then another charge for $47 at the end of December and I do not know what this is for. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and no response yet. I’ll will be contacting my credit card company.

arrived quickly, the case is high quality, the product seems to work fine, but i was expecting the case to be a holder for all as shown in pictures, but they just lay in the box - so i could've used any box rather than this $$ one.

When I have seen the advertising I was very impressed , product is lightweight , great looking , easy to use, unfortunately shipping took a very long time.

Placed an order on the Canadian site during a sale December 26 and it still has not shipped! I emailed approximately 4 times and was first told it was "in my area" (I live in AB) so I waited a few days and nothing! Everytime I checked the "tracking" it said waiting for details! Now customer service is not acknowledging me at all. I will be calling my CC company for a refund.

When i saw "hey curls toronto" and the pricing for it, I was stoked for something local! However, when the product actually shipped, it was from overseas and took a long time, so that was a bit disappointing. The product itself is great and super lightweight, but it is quite loud and the "hot" setting for #3 doesn't get very hot and it doesn't stay hot, it goes from hot to room temperature (back and forth) on its own.

Overall, I would recommend the product since I am completely satisfied with the price I paid for it!

Great and very affordable product. Purchased as a gift for my significant other and she loves it! Works very well and is healthier for her hair. Highly recommend!

I bought the heycurl on line. It took a little while to get it. I had reached out to them to find out where it was. They got right back to me. I received it a few days later. Got it out and I loved it. People commented on my hair. I had it
For 13 days and it lost power and smelled like it was burning. I reach out again and I have sent 5 messages so far and I have not heard back from anyone. I wasn’t asking for my money back I just wanted it replaced. I still have not heard back from anyone. It sad cause I was a happy customer.

I have tried each attachment & am pleased with them. They do get hot when using so be mindful when changing attachments. Overall great product for the price.

This product has a weird burning smell. It doesn’t grab your hair like in videos. It’s ripped my hair out a few times.

The storage case isn’t the same as they advertised. The leather case is an horrible orange and nothing like the colour in the ad or video. Get the black one if you are going to waste your money. It also doesn’t have a handle so useless for travelling with.

Inside, the storage case doesn’t hold the tools like advertised either. You have to be creative in how you store them horizontally and not vertical as advertised. The storage case isn’t leather. It’s made cheap probably in China.

You also can’t put a review on their actual website. It’s all fake and the reviewers posted are probably paid actors. Hey Curls Toronto is cheap and you get what you pay for. Their customer service is also horrendous and don’t return concerns or any other questions! Their delivery is also $20 plus $ for extra care to make sure the deliver drivers don’t steal or damage your product. It’s all a money grab!

Do yourself a favour and save up for the Dyson Airwrap or “buy and pay up”using pay up apps. There is a reason why the Dyson wrap is more expensive. You get what you pay for. If I could post photos on Trust Pilot I would. I can guarantee you this company is a scam. It’s also up to them if you get a refund or not. Anything on sale is not refundable but all their products are on sale so go figure.

A few things:

1) it’s too loud (mainly unbearable when curling my hair since you’ll have to turn it on and off multiple times. And with the amount of strands it can pick up due to the blower not being strong enough, you’ll definitely have to do it A LOT)

2) 2 out of the 5 tools personally worked well for me—the straightening brush and volumizing brush attachments worked great. The curling barrels and ionic hair dryer didn’t do much (I have pretty heavy wavy hair, long in length) and it took me almost 25-30 minutes for a complete dry head. Since the attachments are made out of plastic, it’s not as durable.

3) The base tool that blows air doesn’t have much setting to it so it’s very limited. You can only adjust the heat level but it blows the same force of air. It doesn’t bother me much but if you’re looking for a Dyson/ Shark dupe, there’s a limit to its functionality.

4) Lastly, I included their “leather” case with my purchase. Which I have sent a complaint about as it does not look like the image on their website … if anything, seemed AI (it looks like the Dyson. I got the case and it did not have the compartments shown on their website, basically leaving me to put all the attachments just scattered everywhere. The curling barrels can’t even be placed right side up because the lid won’t close …. Really poor quality. And they haven’t addressed that issue.

Overall 2 stars for the 2 attachments that worked fine for me. Was it worth the $120 I paid (this is with the discount), probably not so much.

I was hesitant at first on purchasing this. Really was. My daughter really wanted something like this for Christmas. I finally took the plunged at the beginning of December. I figured that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas as the website is in Toronto, right? Boy was I wrong!! Purchased it. Then waited. And waited. The website is Toronto based but the product comes from HongKong!!! What in the world?!? After 2 weeks, still no update. I contacted the heycurls customer service. 48 hours it said for someone to contact me. Try 8 days later!. Then it was finally shipped. Then no action, no news. Now I'm pissed. Customer service is not reliable. Christmas arrives. No product. Lovely. The following week, after continuous checking for updates, the parcel is on the move. Transferred to UniUni. Notorious for being extremely long for delivery. Finally. Transferred to Intelcom. Thank goodness a reliable source. Received it today. Took over 1 month to arrive. If I had known that, I would not have purchased.

Ordered placed with them on Dec 9th/25 as a Christmas gift for my mother in law. Today is Jan 3rd and she still has not received it. I’ve sent multiple emails to the company with no response. TERRIBLE company- would highly recommend NOT ordering anything from them.

I was impressed with how light it was and Ali’s how it it straightened my hair as I dry it. It cuts my doing my hair time in half. I never used the curl wands yet. It happy with the price and the product soo far.

Absolutely in love with this!! Dried and styled my hair in less than half the time it usually would!

Not impressed at all, it doesn't do what ot says it does, no enough power to curl automatically as described, the material od the product feel cheap, Amazon had better options and cheaper price, unfortunately im dissatisfied with this purchase

Not sure why so many bad comments.. people expect a dyson for a price under 100$.
Honest opinion, it does the job pretty well, nothing bad to say about it really. My hair looked pretty great and for 1/10 price of a dyson.
For that price, i wasn’t expecting much and I’m pretty happy with my purchase
