How ever upon getting it , my daughter loves it - and has done both her and my hair - beautifully ♡

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she just loves it! Her hair looks amazing and she is super happy with this!

I just love my Hey curls and highly recommend it.

I actually would give a no star rating. Poor quality, arrived in a damaged box, no customer service at all. I requested to return it and got zero response. Do yourself a favour don’t buy this product or deal with this company.

I took this out of the box and just thought I knew exactly what to do.. I was wrong . My first impression was ok so my hair cant be dry for this .. nope I was wrong I guess thats why they call it a hair dryer LOL .. MY 2nd attempt went way better and I have got to say I LOVE THIS PRODUCT ! IT took less effort and less time then my usual tools .

Amazing! I have a hard time curling my hair. It works like a dream. My hair looks healthy with a great bounce. And the price is amazing! Thank you love the product!

My daughter and I got our Hair-stylers and we cannot be happier. They work amazingly. We waited a little longer than expected , we assume it was due to the holidays busy days. However, the waiting time worth it.

I am unable to provide feedback on the product itself, as I have not used it. My experience with the company's customer service, however, has been highly disappointing. I purchased a 5-in-1 product that was advertised as including a hair straightener, yet the straightener was missing from my order. When I contacted customer service to report this issue, I was told I must submit various forms of documentation, including photographs of the packaging, the shipping label, and customs information—details I no longer had, as I had already recycled the packaging upon receipt. Despite my multiple follow-up emails, customer service refused to assist further, stating they could not proceed without the documentation and would not investigate or resolve my claim. As their email indicated, 'Without the box, the customs form, or a photo, we unfortunately cannot move forward. I’m not questioning your integrity — this documentation is simply necessary for us to process any claims.' As a result, I received no help and my issue remains unresolved. In summary, based on my experience, the company failed to deliver advertised products and provided no meaningful customer support or assistance.
If they believe I was trying to be deceitful and ask for the Hair Straightener, I could have called telling them I did not receive the entire order.. SO bottom line despite all the advertising and hype trying to compare themselves to Dyson … they are not dyson . I have yet to try the item ; however if the customer service is any indication of the product I am not expecting much .. Thank you Miranda for the lack of help and BUYER BEWARE. I am not in the habit of ever writing a review, do not have the time , yet I felt I should let everyone know about this to prepare people to what they can expect.. SUMMARY keep all documentation and review all items

Zero stars if that was an option. I paid for shipping and my items were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. There was one email sent when the item shipped several days later and the link didn’t work, so I couldn’t actually track the order. Customer service was very slow to respond, and when they did, they sent me another tracking link that didn’t work. I finally received my order a month later, and didn’t get what I ordered. I sent two emails about getting a full refund and didn’t hear anything back. My order came with a free straightener, and it was not even in a box. It was of incredibly poor quality, so I didn’t even bother opening the other items as I wanted nothing to do with this company or their poorly made products. Terrible experience - do not waste your time!!

I have send 2 emails and did not get a reply on my detailed 2nd message. The first reply was not addressing my issue , just told me that I can’t have a refund, since it has been used !!!!!
How can I know if the curler works without trying it ? That makes it USED ???
I was very excited about this curler (5 in 1 ) , but I am not happy about the customer service !!
I can’t use the curler , my hair is 4 inches in length but the curler does not work at all on it. ( even my hairdresser could not get it to work)
The website and ads clearly state that it works on all hair length short or long !!!!!!!! NOT TRUE
The barrel is too thick perhaps ? Is there a special attachment available for shorter hair curling?
I would not have bought this blowdryer system , but did, because of the statement that it works on all hair types and length of hair on their website.
So buyers beware !

I received my heycurls for Xmas I love it I find it very loud though

I love the set. I was able to figure out how to use all the attachments and they worked well. It curls my hair easily and the brush does a pretty good job to straighten. If not looking for perfectly straight hair it’s fine. I have a straightener for that purpose. I would buy this again.

I placed my order Dec 11 and have not received it. I reached out to the company via email on their website with no reply. It was promised 5-7 days for delivery.

I ordered my set 12 Dec. To date no product. They had 19.99 for shipping and stated 6 to 8 business days. I emailed company and no response. Fake company.

Ordered the product in November and as of today Dec. 29, 2025, the tracking hasn't been updated and no product received. I have sent 2 communications to customer service requesting a full refund and they have been unresponsive. Very disappointing for a Canadian Company.

Product is light weight which is great. I’ve only had it for a week so still practicing on getting my perfect style. The curlers work great. The round brush is a little tough as it gets tangled in my hair. Dryer and flat brush work fine.

Ordered the Product December 12th, in the tracking system said it arrived but it did not !!! I have sent a couple of emails to customer service and they have not responded, so I can't give proper review as I did not receive the Hey Curls! Not sure If I have been scammed

I recently had a brain tumour removal and the front half of my hair was shaved off for the surgery. Due to the medication I am currently on I’m losing my hair by the handfuls everyday. The Hey Curls system is so light, and gentle, it has brought back a missing joy of styling my hair. The company was awesome in their delivery messages. I’ve already recommended Hey Curls to all my friends! Thank you!

These came very quickly. I purchased two as gifts and received the straightener free. We are all very pleased with all of the products! So much so that I am ordering another 5 in 1 for myself!
