I’ve always had excellent service from Hills of Woodford. I originally purchased my car from them and recently took it in for a service. The whole experience was straightforward, professional and efficient from start to finish.
Claire was particularly helpful throughout, keeping me informed and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service was completed on time, and the customer care was excellent. It’s reassuring to receive such consistently good service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future or recommend Hills of Woodford to others.

Very poor service
Very poor service! My 10 month old Hilux developed an issue with one of the tailgate damper brackets Bending causing the damper to come off. I asked for it to be replaced under the warranty. The issue was assessed by a qualified technician who deemed that the cause of the issue was damage, even though to damage the bracket would have needed to have taken a heavy force whilst the tailgate was in the open position. I had said that there is no way I could have caused the damage and nothing other than my 2 dogs go in the back of the truck, and I had said that I believe there is an issue with one of the dampers. I also asked for Hills to send the details to Toyota who also apparently said it was damaged and therefore not covered under the warranty! absolutely no way had I damaged this item!! I therefore had the Hilux issue reassessed by Steven Eagell garage in Chelmsford who agreed after assessment that the tailgate dampers and brackets should be replaced under the warranty! Well done to them for listening to the customer and understanding that there was no way I could have caused the issue and in fact the problem was with the dampers, as me the customer had said all along! I won't be using Hills again! from the outset of me taking the vehicle to Hills the service people who looked at the issue said that it would not be covered and did not really want to look for a reason why a 10 month old Hilux would have developed a problem believing a 3rd party had caused the issue!!

Sufi was very helpful during the process of buying my new car. All the staff at this branch are approachable, friendly and professional. A great service I would highly recommend.

We arrived before lunch a few minutes late and on arrival there was no one at the reception desk to greet us. After a while I stopped a man who appeared to be staff and asked for some information on where to leave my car keys. He was very experienced and well rehearsed in his reply, showing me where exactly I should go and what to do.
I was impressed by the layout and facilities provided within the showroom. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were freely available and appreciated.
After a hour or so I received a text on WhatsApp showing my vehicle, the bonnet open displaying the engine. I was kept up to date with what they were doing with the car and that was reassuring.
Finally a young lady approached, sat down and went through all the details and pricing of the extra work I had agreed that they should do and found the costing very reasonable.
I would have happily given the whole 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of greeting on arrival and the uncomfortable feeling of being 'observed'

Great service from Hills of Woodford
It was a great experience from the moment I got a phone call from Sufi regarding making an appointment to view the car. The viewing was very professionally done and Sufi explained everything about the car, came with us on the test drive and explained the features of the car. Once I decided on buying the car Sufi also explained about the service care plan, which I took up, as well as some other options i also had. Sufi provided the car to me in pristine condition and overall had a great experience and left feeling satisfied. Thanks again.

The service whilst you wait option works really well and the facilities to work whilst you wait are spot on. There is even a lovely coffee and sandwich venue 2mins walk up the road

Outstanding customer experience
Outstanding customer experience. Claire Denning was brilliant. She looked very well after me and my car. The engineers are also outstanding and they do explain the work (if any work is needed) and what the next steps are. This is my 12th visit at Hills of Woodford Toyota and I won’t go somewhere else. Just to mention that this is a 50 miles trip for me but it’s worth it. I know my vehicle is looked after properly while I am getting a great customer experience.

I recently traded-in my Toyota C-HR car and have experiecned excellent customer service.
I recently traded-in my Toyota C-HR car for an approved used car at Hills of Woodford Toyota Dealership. The Customer Consultant Mr. Mark Graham handled my enquiry with professionalism and efficiency. Mark was able to quote me the trade-in price and suggested another C-HR approved used car for my consideration. Mark knew very well the functionality and features of the product he suggested. When I requested for a financial package to buy the suggested vehicle, Mark offered several options for me to choose and the financial package was arranged and finalised on the following working-day. Mark also introduced me to a series of optional products like Servicing Package, Minor Body Production Scheme, etc. with clear explanation of thier details, benefits and additional costs.
My whole experience with Mark is of high quality, value for money and effective. I got my approved new car within a week and the vehicle I collected was well prepared and the transaction was completed very efficiently. Mark did call me the day after I collected my new car and gave me adequate advice on caring/protecting it.
I would like very much to recommend Mark to future customers as I have enjoyed the benefits of good customer service from Mark.

The service at Hills of Woodford Toyota is excellent. The salesman, Sufi, helped me find the right car, arranged the insurance and tax, and even taught me how to drive an automatic during the test drive. He also kindly accompanied me when I drove the car home, as I’m not yet used to driving an automatic.
