Charged for cancelled order!!
On Tuesday, May 21st, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. Despite this, on May 22nd, an amount of 1315 DKK (approximately 176 EUR) was charged to my account.
Since then, I have received no updates, no order confirmation, and no tracking information for the items I have now paid for - but I assume I will not be receiving. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
Due to this experience, I have decided to make my purchase elsewhere. I hope Holokolo.com addresses these issues promptly and improves their service for future customers.

No warranty
I orderer 3 Santini items. Sent 2 back immedietly because their quality was very poor, not what I expected for the price and brand. The third one ripped by the pockets after 3 months of use. I sent it back and they blamed me, because “the material is very delicate not fit for overpacking the pockets” which they assumed I did. I suspect that they are selling replica clothing, because Santini shouldnt break like that.
It takes weeks to get refund money…
It takes weeks to get refund money back. It took me 1.5 months and PayPal to get 120+ EUR back of my money as the vendor was not able to refund me for the returned items I sent back. Very poor customer experience. Holokolo was not even answering once on my emails.

After 7 working days (11 days overall) still no answer from holokolo where is my order just repeating that supplier shipped it already. No answers, no updates, no details, just waste time. Really disappointing customer service! Avoid as a fire

Easy to select articles, quick delivery and various products and products combination.
Poor service and comms
I ordered two cycling tops from their website and paid.
Expected to receive both of the within 2 working days as it was claimed.
First I got an email that one of the shirts I ordered is not available anymore and asked for refund.
Second one was not even shipped and seems delayed for several days.
So, the story short, no money refunded yet as they cannot refund to a foreign account and seemed not be able to refund a credit card. No items delivered.
Extremely unhelpful communication.
So many other options out there!
I never received my order!
I never received my order (cycling gloves). In addition, I wrote the customer service and initiated a complaint but no response.
Now it is time to take legal action.

When I wanted to pay, site crashed many times and when I asked for support 0 answer and help. So Im kinda lucky that the order didnt go trough since if something was wrong I wouldnt be compensated. I stronlgy advise to stay away from holokolo. Damn scammers I hope this company falls apart.
No response if anything goes wrong
If you need to contact this company for any reason, there is no phone number you can call. They only provide an email and address. With email, they don't ever reply. They ignore all your emails. So if you have a problem with your order, you will have a frustrating time trying to sort it. If you need a refund, they will only partially refund the amount.
Not recommended
Quick delivery but sizing was totally different (L Men was like L children). Back shipment cost money and Reimbursement takes 2 weeks.

Expensive return/exchange process.
The return / exchange process is complicated and expensive as returns are not free of charge. No acknowledgement of receipt of the returned item and still waiting for refund. Delivery of replacement item was quick but again expensive postage cost. Will not use again.

Very poor delivery experience - says next day or 48 hour delivery. Waited a whole week for FedEx to finally deliver parcel after it had been on a tour of 5 different European cities. Very disappointing as pay nearly £10 for quick delivery. Actual products of cycling gloves ok but delivery tarnished buying experience from Holokolo. Appreciate they have no control over FedEx but maybe need to think about another carrier - or tell purchasers there could be a lengthy wait and not promise quick delivery.
