I've ordered on the 24th of September 2 items and they never arrived.I could see the tracking through the link,but it seemed that lost the way! Anyway,I emailed them many times about this and finally I din't have the time and passion to deal with it anymore,so I demanded my money back. After a while, they put only 8,80 € on my account and still missing the rest,which is .ca 21 €. Their excuse was,that the other item is still on the way and of course, I never got it. They think that I will not search any legal procedure for claiming my right,but ,people please don't order anything by them, they are cheaters! Is there anyone helping us to find our right ,or spread it out,to make everyone understand ,that they are not trustworthy, at all! Spread it out, world-wide, on every social platform !

This is just one of many scam companies that are being advertised on Facebook as well as other sites. I ordered four items - one was refunded as they didn't have in stock, one top arrived which wasn't too bad and I'm able to wear it. The leggings I ordered couldn't have been more different from the photo/description if they tried. Sweater arrived and had thread hanging off, was two sizes too large and the worst quality. All items arrived separately and with big gaps of time between deliveries. So many people are being ripped off by these companies - Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I wish I had read all the other reviews before ordering because my experience is just the same. Items took weeks/months to come and we're absolute crap. 3rd item still not arrived so am trying to cancel and get refund. Polite email responses about investigating shipping but no response to my requests to cancel last item and get refund. I don't hold up much hope having read other reviews. Absolutely crap merchandise and/or doesn't arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Estuve apunto de comprar, pero veo que es otro fraude como YIVETTE,; esta página, yivette, es un tremendo timo...NO compréis!, presentan una ropa preciosa en la web...el resultado es un HORROR, copias, malísimas de un tejido como nylon, en vez de Lana por ejemplo...de vergüenza...dinero a la basura....

Svindelfortagende, de splitter din ordre op så den kommer af flere omgange. Det man får er virkelig dårlig kvalitet (kinesisk kopivare). Det er næsten umuligt at få en retur label og du skal betale for at sende retur. Jeg har været i kontakt med dem på e-mail 38 gange. Jeg har fået 1 ud af de 4 jeg bestilte, fået en annulleret og lidt penge tilbage. Jeg har sendt 2 tilbage og venter på penge retur. Det går langsomt og de venter bare på at du giver op.

Do not buy from this company . The goods take ages to arrive ( only 3 of my 4 items did arrive ! )
Absolute rubbish , nothing like the pictures on website . I returned goods by signed for delivery.... but got no refund . Paypal wouldn’t help either , don’t waste your money !
They respond with emails saying to contact them which I have many times only to be told my tracked signed for return has not been received. It’s a con don’t waste your time or money

Don't buy from this site. Orders take ages to arrive (still waiting from something ordered 10 weeks ago) and what comes is NOTHING like what is advertised. The actual product is cheap material, it looks like some sort of costume. I returned it and still have not received a refund. A HUGE waste of time and energy.

Never buy anything from this company. The item I rec'd was nothing like the one I ordered. Absolute crap! Trying to obtain a refund was a nightmare as they expected me to send it back to China £14 postage! I lost £25 on the transaction and got nothing in return.

HOMEGADEN/JOYFORNICE DESIGN IS A SCAM!
They charge you a lot of money and just one of my packages ( one out of four!) arrived after 4 weeks and two complaint by mail, IT LOOKED LIKE CRAP, there was no response from the seller to this complaint, no refund and I never received the rest of my order. And PayPall claimed it was all send and then closed the complaint.
DO NOT BUY THERE!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Absolute Crap!! item took ages to come. Asked for a refund through Paypal and suddently it was coming in 3-5 days. When it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the picture of the floral cardigan. The flowers were barely visible and in the knit flat the same colour, awful cheap knit. Then advised wanted to return as not as described. The item came from Grimsby but I had to send it back to China, which of course costs more than the item is worth so now I'm stuck with this piece of crap I will never wear. I wouldn't even dare to give it to the charity shop.

Finger weg von diesem Portal. Ich erhielt Fake- Ware, statt wie in der Beschreibung gestrickte Baumwolle eine Art bedruckte Synthetikdecke (in 1€ Qualität). Nach meiner Beschwerde wurden zwei weitere von mir bestellten Artikel gar nicht mehr versendet. Trotz meiner Rücksendung des Artikels (nach China, obwohl ich das Produkt aus Deutschland erhielt) habe ich bisher weder für dieses Produkt, noch für die von der Firma eigenmächtig stornierten Produkte einen Cent zurückerstattet bekommen. PayPal lehnt den Käuferschutz ab. Für mich persönlich entsteht das Bild, dass Homegaden mir weder Geld erstatten, noch die beschriebene Ware liefern will bzw. wollte.
Nach Monaten des Wartens kam wie erwartet keine Erstattung. Statt dessen kam mein Päckchen zurück, welches ich mit dem Adressaufkleber, der mit zugeschickt worden war, versehen hatte. Das Päckchen wurde nicht angenommen sondern direkt zurück geschickt. Natürlich schreibt Homegaden sie warten noch auf meinen Artikel... Tja, wahrscheinlich existiert die Adresse gar nicht. Auch für die Artikel, die ich gar nicht bekommen hatte, fehlt bisher jede Rückerstattung. Kauft dort bloß nichts! Der Schrott liegt jetzt wieder bei mir zu Hause... 😕

Ich habe nie im Leben so schlechte Klamotten gesehen.. haben nichts zu tun mit den Bildern im Website.

The item i buyed - a Jacket "miss-style" in purple, is unformed, too large and the Color isn't purple (it's like oldrose). About return i have contact the service, but i get no answer.

I ordered from this company back in September and am just now getting my order WHICH IS ALL COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!! All materials used are cheap and worthless, none of the sizing is anywhere near right, the items look nothing at all look the website, and they refuse to accept any of my returns. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND STRESS AND NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BASED OUT OF CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered $117 of goods from them as they looked fabulous but should have known.. if it looks to good to be true etc. Boots arrived and I love them..so far so good.! A coat came next..not like catalogue ..thin printed cloth. Nothing for ages so started to email them.. Glad I had archived mail address as proved difficult to contact at first. I did have very civil replies. Next came a scarf.. very poor. Feed up now so asked for a refund and got one no problem. So have to say communication was good.

Very very slow delivery if at all and the goods are nothing like shown.
My knitted gloves turned out to be nasty printed fabric.

All the other reviews are correct. Same story for me - incredibly long wait for items that are unrecognizable to the photos. Dreadful quality that look like nana on a knitting machine knocked up. STAY AWAY!!

No he recibido mi compra aun. Ya pasaron 2 meses y no me llego, sin embargo ya pague, que paso? Me devolveran el dinero?
