Vergonhoso !!!!!!
São péssimos a trabalhar e resolver problemas , comprei-lhes um telemovel à cerca de 15 dias e quando fez a primeira atualização bloqueou .... eles queriam que instala-se nova versão , como não sabia como fazer pediram para me dirigir a um amigo meu e ele que a fizesse ....vergonha das vergonhas .... empresas destas nunca deviam existir .

Dear customer, we are sorry about the issue but it's not our fault if the phone had a problem with the official update from Xiaomi. We install the official Xiaomi Global ROM on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro and the update you made was also provided by Xiaomi. Unfortunately there was a problem, we are not Xiaomi and we don't work on the ROMs so we don't know what exactly caused the problem. Usually this kind of problems are solved by flashing the phone with an older or newer version of the ROM. Our support team sent you by email the guide and the other files to flash the phone to avoid sending back the phone to our EU warehouse and save time and money for both parts. I'll ask my colleagues to check again your situation and solve it as soon as possible.
