At ika motors 1st April I bought a Honda jazz from ika motors lovely car px friendly staff expeclly ramish and guys Nash did excellent job miner repairs job recommend to costumers who wants to buy a car they have a very good selection of cars to chose from thanks guys at ika motors.
I had a great experience buying a car from IKA Motors. Jamal was very helpful and made the whole process easy and comfortable. From start to finish everything went smoothly and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They gave me a good price for my old car and also sold me the new one at a fair price. Overall the experience was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend IKA Motors and Jamal to anyone looking to buy a car.

We take all feedback seriously and strongly dispute this account of events.
Vehicles purchased through Motorway and other auction platforms are assessed at collection in line with standard industry practice. Where previously undisclosed issues are identified during inspection, a revised valuation may be proposed. This is a normal commercial process and always optional for the seller to accept.
At no point was any false representation made regarding the vehicle’s history. HPI status reflects recorded insurance and accident data and does not replace physical condition assessments conducted at collection. We would also like to clarify that no one named “Steve” works at IKA Motors.
We categorically deny avoiding communication and are always open to resolving matters professionally and transparently. To allow us to review this properly, we ask the reviewer to provide the vehicle registration, date of collection, and the name of the person they dealt with.
While we regret that this experience has been perceived negatively, we stand by our processes, which operate within lawful, ethical, and industry-standard practices.

They bid for our car through motorway and after 2 weeks of them not contacting us and then not coming when they said they would they finally turned up. The guy who came sat in the car running it at high revs on the drive and then on the test drive was speeding at 80mph in a residential 30mph area.
Once back he complained that the engine bay smelt of burning! Turns out the guy who came was alone so clearly had no intention of buying the car in the first place was just wanted an excuse to back out of the motorway agreement!

Running a vehicle briefly is a normal part of an inspection, and any concerns raised are based on observations made at the time, not as a pretext to withdraw from an agreement.

good selection of cars, just bought a BMW 5 series in great condition Ramish was very professional with all the paper work, when i got home to Portsmouth Jamal phoned me over a couple queries i had and all was sorted, carnet work out why a person said they were ignored i found all the staff fine, ok maybe not dressed in collar and tie but still very polite. Would i buy from them again Yes.
Bought a car from them three weeks ago ! I’m having a problem With the car every day and the dealers keep lying to me not picking up my calls . Thanks to zuto Who is doing the follow up for me?. I will never recommend this card dealer to anyone. Very unprofessional. A liar..
