I paid for a 22 inch framed bike when…

I paid for a 22 inch framed bike when it arrived ticket on box said 20 inch frame so I contacted insync they said it was a 22 inch and to measure it myself so I did and it was 20 inches as label said so they had sent the wrong size bike but I kept it anyway but too small for me just stress

I'll give 2 stars as the service was very quick, and I was kept updated. However, I do have a few grumbles, the reflectors were both broken and the back tyre is buckled so I've now got to pay extra to get this sorted.

E-bike After Sales - Things are looking up?

I have been trying to source a controller for my wife's Arriba E-bike which we purchased from Parkers of Bolton four or so years ago. After a number of phone calls, texts and emails (over several weeks) without response, I was about to give up hope when my wife persuaded me to give them one last chance. So I called them again (or my wife did) and to my surprise we finally got a response. The gentlemen who contacted me was Richard Crook (warranty dept) and all I can say is that he has redeemed his company's standing in that his response was nothing short of excellent. He was both helpful & courteous and not only did he find us a replacement controller but he also mailed it out by first class post!
I am pleased to say that since fitting the unit the bike has performed faultlessly and I now have one happy wife.
Looking at the overall picture however, It's such a shame that the rest of the Parkers/InSync team didn't show a similar commitment and I question as to why the change of company name (was it a feedback issue?)
Hopefully, our recent experience is a positive sign for the future but based on my earlier disappointments I have awarded them just 4 stars and not 5, but in all honesty my original rating would have been 1 star had Richard not come to the rescue. Thanks again for his first class customer service

Terrible service

Bike ordered 28th March 2022,
Plenty of time to get delivered for the weekend, so I was lead to believe for my daughters birthday gift.
I didn't receive any updates regarding delivery only a receipt of purchase.
Due to a mess up their end (doing a stock take) I was told the bike would be dispatched straight away(4th April) with 24 hour delivery. It's now Wednesday (6th April) just received an update to say bike will be dispatched today and it will arrive on Friday. I'm not sure which Friday, so I have asked for a refund.
If you want a fast reliable service go to a different shop. Terrible customer service.
Except a lady called Kay, the only one that really helped get in touch with the right people.

Excellent customer service.

The bike I ordered arrived with front forks bent in transit (obviously not Insync's fault).
When I contacted their customer service, they were great - apologised, and offered either a replacement bike or an upgraded pair of forks. I accepted the forks to avoid the hassle of having to return the bike.
Their response was immediate and effective. They called me several times to explain what was happening.
Oh, and the bike was OK too! I ordered a very cheap one, and it's absolutely fine.

Had an initial hiccup with the delivery being said would arrive on 29th and by the 1st still had heard nothing with no delivery. This caused some panic, as I'd read reviews stating some people didn't get there bikes. But after calling INSYNC the bike then came a day or so later and we are more than happy with the bike itself.. seems a good bike and built in UK.

Absolutely dreadful, AVOID!!!!

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all costs!!!
Bike arrived in December as a gift for Christmas, assembled Xmas eve to notice it has a buckled wheel, paint missing to the back and very bent (asif it had been thrown about)
Contacted company in December... 4 months later my daughter still has no bike! Company aren't interested in sorting anything out about the state it arrived in, poor communication and lack of compassion
Declined a £20 counter refund after paying £200 for the bike that isn't even safe to ride!
Reported to trading standards.

Terrible

Terrible, had the bike about a week, the chain snapped and the tyres kept deflating, they sent a new chain, I fitted new chain, it kept slipping, I emailed Insync again they sent me a YouTube video to watch, the chain still slipped, I asked to return the bike and a refund made, they said the bike had to be dismantled and returned in the original box, how ridiculous, I ended up taking the bike to a repairer, I sent the invoice to Insync, who still haven't replied over a week later.
Rubbish customer service, will never use again, I urge everyone to steer clear.

Well built bicycle and good aftersales customer service.

An electric bike purchased for a competitive price has been proven to be well built and reliable. Have covered about 200 miles thus far and apart from having to carry out some wear and tear maintenence only (tightening of bolts and nuts and lubrication) only the battery linked headlight stopped working. Contacted Insync about this and were helpful in sending me out a new one to replace it.

Good customer service

Good customer service, I ordered the pazzaz 20inch bike from Argos which had the basket missing. I called the helpline and someone promptly lodged my issue and sent the missing part in 2 days. Will recommend this business.

Great customer service

Purchased a bike in the sale so got an excellent deal. After being told it had been dispatched nearly two weeks later it still hadn’t arrived. I contacted Nsync and they immediately acted on it to investigate why it had not arrived. Turned out it never got to the depot for delivery but was sent another which arrived within 3 days. Excellent customer service and a lovely bike.
