I’m honestly beyond frustrated at this point. I keep ordering stickers from this company and continue having issues with their shipping times. They advertise next-day delivery, and even after paying extra to make sure I’d get my order on time, it still hasn’t arrived.
On top of that, there’s no real way to contact an actual person when something goes wrong. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down answers after paying extra for expedited shipping. If your shipping estimates aren’t accurate, don’t advertise them that way.
I’m tired of the excuses and lack of accountability, and I’m going to continue speaking on my experience until this is made right.

If I could’ve gave them 0 stars I would. I ordered shirts with the understanding it was going to be in on a specific day, a week later my shirts still not here. It’s showing it’s not even shipped yet. Still in the pre label phase. They don’t have a live agent you can speak too. You email them and they don’t email back. No phone number to call. 0/0 DONT RECOMMEND!

I have ordered quite a view times from Jiffy and had not had a problem until just recently on my last two orders. I ordered the same transfers I had ordered before, but they sent me the wrong-sized transfers both times. I have reached out to them multiple times, and no one has gotten back with me, and there is no phone number to call to speak with a live person. This is really disappointing to me since I have used them so many times before and now I am looking at using someone else.

Truly do not recommend. Dealing with this company, what an absolute nightmare. They suggested I order sample transfers to ensure color was accurate. Used hex codes even. I was ordering pink. Some came purple some came black! I placed 6 smaple orders and finally received a good color! I was told to get the same printer marked so color would be consistent. I did. I placed my bulk order only to get purple with lines all through the transfers. Then I got better color, still not the same with an outline added to it. I gave up. To get customer service help takes many days of waiting for an email. Chat is only an AI bot which is totally worthless not to mention gives terrible incorrect responses. I wasted so much time and money with this company its ridiculous. Just try another one cause this one isnt worth the time or money.
ETA - company will not send return label for blanks. Well under the 100 days for their return policy! Chat bot gives email address for support which sends an auto reply from a different email that its not a working email. Contact us page has zero way to contact. Filed dispute with my cc company now! Absolutely horrible company!
Jiffy sucks
I was recommending this company to my friends and coworkers until now. I made an order that is now a week late, I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service but I keep getting AI. It's going in circles and I can't get a straight answer or a reply from a actual person. I will no longer use this company and do not recommend them at all. It's not so bad that my order is late, it's bad that I can't even get a person to speak to me to resolve the issue. Now I'm out the money I've spent and will have to use another company.

I have used Jiffy for years, but the past 6 months have been an absolute nightmare! Please, if you run a business or do anything that requires other people depending on your products, please do not use Jiffy for transfers. The t shirts come in fine, but when it comes to transfers, when they print it themselves it’s never right, the placement is always wrong. And ordering prints/transfers to press on garments yourself is the worst! They never come in correct, missing pieces, wrong sized or damaged. I’ve been working to get an order fixed since March (now May), they promised store credit to make it right but I’ve been trying for a month to get the so called store credit that was promised and they will not respond. Now I’m out over $300 because of their mistakes. Will never use Jiffy again, please, just don’t do it!
Failed Delivery and No Accountability
Extremely disappointed. My order is now 12 days past the original delivery date. As a business owner, I rely on timely shipping to serve my own customers, and Jiffy Shirts has completely failed. Their customer support is non-existent; I have been unable to reach a human being to find out where my package is or get a refund. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a supplier. I am still waiting for either my items or my money back.
They charged my card
They charged my card, delivered my order to another state and despite numerous follow ups and requests for more information or a refund, I hear nothing. Just their AI giving empty promises. I have never been scammed this badly. Terrible company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Horrible Company
I paid extra for same-day delivery transfers from JiffyShirts, only to receive the wrong transfers entirely. That alone is unacceptable—but what made this experience even worse is the complete lack of real customer support.
There is no way to speak with a live representative. You’re forced to deal with AI-only customer service, which is incredibly frustrating when the company makes a mistake on your order. Situations like this require immediate, human assistance—not automated responses that don’t resolve the issue.
For a company of this size, there is no excuse for not having live agents available. Customers deserve proper support, especially when orders are wrong and time-sensitive.
This was a waste of money, time, and trust. I will never patronize this company again.

Do not rely on Jiffy's advertised…
Do not rely on Jiffy's advertised shipping times if your order has a hard deadline. My heat transfer order is late, and getting answers from customer support is impossible- email only, 4-5 day response times, autoresponder instead of actual help.
This is a pattern based on other reviews here, not a one-off. The 'warehouse delay' excuse seems to be their standard response. I’ll have to re-order from another vendor to be sure my transfers arrive in time, which means the $$$ to Jiffy was completely wasted. Disappointing.
Do not use if time is an issue.
There are actually two issues here. First, they very frequently do not get the items to you by the date quoted in the cart. There seems to always be some kind of delay. Second, I have tried their DTF transfer service TWICE and both times they messed it up. The first time, there were white outlines on the transfers. They apologized, and sent me new ones that still had the exact same problem. The second time I used them, it was for a RUSH order and the colors were messed up. I filled out a form and was given a response time of within 24 hours and they did not meet that. I am still waiting to hear back from them and it is now looking like I am not going to be able to make this order in time. Their whole thing is supposed to be fast delivery but it is just problematic. I would say it's only safe to use them if you have a good window of time where you can absorb delays.

I placed an order for JiffyTransfers UV DTF stickers and was very impressed. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, the quality was excellent, and their customer service was extremely helpful throughout the process. I will definitely be using their services again!

What a horrible customer service…
What a horrible customer service experience. Instead of communicating like a professional company, Jiffy Stickers simply refunded my order without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. Why would you process a refund without first sending a simple email to explain the problem and ask if I wanted to switch to the available size of 3.15" x 1.15"?
This is basic Customer Service 101. When there is an issue with an order, you communicate with the customer and offer a solution before canceling the transaction. A quick email could have easily resolved the situation, but instead, I was left confused and inconvenienced.
Good customer service is about communication and problem solving. Unfortunately, this experience showed neither. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!

Order has not received and refund was not provided. Very poor customer service and not responding to claims. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge to get my money back.
Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. They do not honor their promotions. Spent hours loading in designs and selecting blank shirts for the promos to not be applied only causing waisted time and frustration. They offer all these great offers and claim they will be applied at checkout only to tell you after you enter your card information that the promos couldnt be applied. They state that if it is an error to reach out to their customer support but there is no way to connect with anyone. Shop anywhere else for your shirts and vinyl's
Shipping times are amazing, quality is the best, but you pay for it.
Shipping times are amazing (to CT). I can sometimes get orders the next day. Customer service is excellent and the return policy is next level. I've been ordering here for years for my small business. The problem is they are going to cost more for the shirts then other sites. Your basic gildan are comparable to other sites but most of the other brands are marked higher, lowering your profit margins. Free shipping over a certain amount helps! They do have a great variety of clothing brands and colors.
On transfers they are usually amazing, if they are not they will fix the issue. Thier software is usually the best for getting your transfers to look "jiffy perfect". There are some times when it just doesn't get it right and I have to spend a good amount of time playing with the art to get the computer to understand. And the "print as is" makes my artwork look downgraded on the screen even if it's a big pristine file. I sometimes have to click that and pray but the prints usually come out great anyways. Again, you are paying more at Jiffy but when you need the prints fast and done right so far they are the best I have found.
